  1. This is true. Would there be any advantage to having a higher rise stem though? I'm guessing it'd just feel a bit more...streety Cheers.
  2. Ouch, that must be quite irritating. It's probably a very hard question to answer given that geometry comes down to personal preference etc, but hopefully someone has a few ideas.
  3. A couple weeks ago I rotated my bars forwards and as expected the bike felt much better on the rear wheel, but it's causing me trouble with pedal-ups. It feels awkward, like my arms are not in a good position to launch the bike up and forwards. I understand that a lot of TGS riders like a long and low combo, and my style is probably more TGS than street at the moment, but something just doesn't feel right. The bike still has the standard bar and stem combo that comes with a Phase. Does it seem probable that I could do with a bit more rise to compensate for the extra reach? Thanks for any input, Pete.
  4. Had to watch this twice just to keep up with you!
  5. Chilled, and a very quiet looking spot. That's something I miss.
  6. A car, this would be ideal: Jolfa, IMO the cars you have posted in 'The Car Thread' have all been cooler than that one. Old or rare = cool. Granted they wont be as fast...
  7. I think you'd need three equations. One for the relationship between deltas of 20, one for deltas of 60, and another for 80. But I can't say for sure.
  8. Same with mine, i'm guessing it's partly because of the offset between the booster and the frame's brake mounts. If the booster could be fitted right against the frame then surely the flex would decrease to some extent. It must be hard to design a lightweight booster that has zero flex, unless exotic materials were involved.
  9. Ah yes, this got me thinking too. The theory that the neutrino temporarily jumps into another dimension seems entirely plausible to me.
  10. Cheers, I already did. I don't follow that theory because surely the small amount of gravity in space will never increase? And so objects in space will never attract any more than they do now. The black holes sucking in other black holes sounds possible but just seems very unlikely to me. These are just my thoughts, I don't claim to know much about space.
  11. I'm interested to know why it'll eventually collapse? I currently see no reason for our universe to stop expanding.
  12. I'd go with a bright orange too, second option would be the kawasaki green.
  13. Anyone tried these? Halo Ception
  14. From my limited experience it does seem to.

    Movember

I'd love to join the team but I've already joined another, pretty sure you can't join two. Gutted to hear that beards/goatees have to be shaven off, I'm not sure I can handle that!
  16. Not sure of the Formula oro's weight but this seems like a good deal.
  17. Try get some influential people on your side. Talk to some police officers about the situation and try to convince them that a park would help because it'd get you off people's property. Then they might be willing to sign a statement of some sort which would definitely help when you go to the council.
  18. As well as doing what has already been said, I'd get an external hard drive and move as much on to it as you can. Free up space and speed should increase.
  19. Haro UK Tour Edit First section is filmed in EKPark. I'm in the process of making a plan to build a trials park next to the skate park. It's a project for university, but it will be interesting to see what they say when I hand them my plan.
  20. Is there still a little skate park near bught park? Maybe there's space for a trials park next to that?
  21. I'd like to: Be considerably wealthy. Be world class at some form of motorsport or 'biking'. Go to space. Experience as many different countries and cultures as possible, and be able to help/improve lives of as many people as possible.
  22. Gutted I couldn't be there. I was at the transport museum a week before this though, it's pretty cool. There's also one or two things that look fun to ride just outside the museum.
  23. Rip. I hope Rossi and Edwards can come to terms with what happened, I'm sure it will be extremely hard for them. Here's hoping for no more deaths in motorsport this year, or indeed forever if it were possible.

    Summer In Norway

I enjoyed that. Some fantastic locations and scenery, really wish I lived near a place like that.
