BB7 They can stop you dead if set up well... They're also a piece of cake to set up and maintain.. Can't possibly be messy either. Also you don't have the problem like with some discs which aren't a closed system... So you can hold them any way up without worrying XD

If it's too tight you'll ruin your freewheel.. if it's too loose it'll come of/ slap around your chain stay. Are you using horizontal or vertical dropouts? If horizontal you should be able to touch the chainstay with your chain comfortably. If vertical find a nice inbetween tension
