My car currently has:
Standard voided front bushes
Standard (god knows how old) rear beam bushes
front budget 235/35/18 tyres
rear budget 195/75/15 tyres
i'd like to see anyone make that handle
Easiest is supercharging, only if you've got enough space in reference to fitting it inline with all your pulleys.
no intercooler, as you've mentioned far less pipes, less heat, ect
The thing is though, especially with cycling, the moment you take away wind resistance, your actual efficiently goes through the roof.
Its like when Guy martin did it, 112mph on a beach by drafting behind a modified lorry cab
Ive never found mine that slow, but then i haven't driven any of the pd's to compare to.
Saying that, that's probably more to do with the fairly new turbo, 2.5" stainless exhaust, 150pd inlet, egr delete, bigger side mount.... ect ect
Cars going in for MOT tomorrow.
Its going to fail on brake pipes.
i f**king hate doing brake pipes!
Going to have to drop the rear beam and fuel tank just to get to it!
Found out my exhuast leak, bit more severe than i thought:
started lining up the front mount. got fed up of sanding the surround down, so cut the bottom half off!
shes getting there!
I found them to be more inspiring than any freewheel ive ever used. I'm running a pro 2 Trials (48ep) and the engagements are clean and crisp EVERY time. It hasn't skipped or made any funny noises in the last 2-3 years....
