  1. If I had tryed the radix I could have helped you out. I would say my old rockman Austin was much stiffer but thats expected being 20" The ozonys does flex a bit under power. The rear end could be a touch stiffer but I am happy with the bike still
  2. Ha ha and I was asked on here, why i have inspired forks and double wall because rims with hope pro 2 hubs fitted to my tgs frame. Soon as the curve snaps its getting replaced with a jaf frame.
  3. Check hopes videos on service for pro 2 hubs. It shows removing axles from sealed cartridge hubs.
  4. Sounds like you need to pull the wheel inwards while you tighten the bolts. To stop it moving around
  5. Same here ride every day now because of the commute. You cant beat if for fitness and getting better at trials. You will need to run some schwalbe tabletops or holyrollers. So you don't wreck knobblys every month or so. I just keep a spare knobbly in the shed for comps, or riding up the quarry.
  6. Just checked my work commute route its 2 miles. When i am late I normaly ride it in 15 mins at a steady pace not thrashing sweating n stuff. So it should take you about 45 mins to ride that 5 mile on the zoo
  7. Put some street tyres on then. And pedal to the medal. You should get at least ten miles an hour out of a trial bike. So five miles in half an hour. Not too bad. Get a disc on the front too all those miles on rim brakes will cost a fortune in brake pads
  8. Second that. You could try northshore riding. Go out in the woods and build some tech shore nice wooden skinnys. Onto big drops and gaps. You could ride this on a slopestyle bike, Checkout Vancouver northshore on YouTube I think you will like it. There's a bike park in germany with loads of northshore if you can.travel
  9. Pump up the tyres. Fit a 14t or 13t cog on the rear hub. I ride my bike with 24" wheels and 18x14 gears Knobbly wide tyres, over a mile to work daily. I get up early and give myself an hour so I can ride trials on the way to work. Makes the distance seem less
  10. One of those would replace my curve any day
  11. Ash u up for riding leek one night this week?
  12. dont some of these measure up differently ?
  13. Get other bikes xc, road, dirtjump or dh for example. It really helps to break up riding the same shit different day feeling. And the different bikes can bring some skills you won't learn on a trials bike. And you may meet other cyclists who may go and buy a trial bike to ride with you when your not riding what they ride.
  14. Yeah whats with that hello kitty plaster.
  15. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mobile/MobileModels.aspx?ModelID=13735 This one. It will make your boxxers into a +20 is same as some trial bike forks. I think your is hope caliper is +20 also so it will need a 203 rotor with this mount.
  16. Boxxer post mount is the standard post mount. Boxxer is mount is different and does need special boxxer only 8" mounts A hope post to is mount will fit
  17. You need a hope post to is adaptor. To fit to that mad mad creation. Please tell me what do you intend riding on it too? I hope you read the setup guide for those forks, there is only meant to be 8" between the seals and the 1st crown.
  18. For once its a bike part I deal with on a regular basis.
  19. I am asuming this is a road bike. Fittemd to your carbon steerer is a wedge which will be loose. You needs to remove the top cap with a 4 or 5 mm Allen key. That bolt will fit to the wedge which uses a 6 or 8mm Allen key. To setup the wedge loosen the bolt and Oush the wedge fully into the steerer tube and retighten the wedge. Then refit the top cap, and just before you tighten the top cap undo the stem bolts, then tighten the top cap bolt, followed by the two stem bolts on the side. Note the top cap bolt only needs to be pinched tight just till the rocking in your headset is gone.
  20. Zoot weighs less than some 24" steer trials setups.
  21. Remove the self extracting cover with a pin spanner or large Allen key which ever it uses. Remove the old bolt head. Use a normal crank extractor to remove the crank, hammer a torque bit into the remaining bolt if its stuck in the axle. And remove it. Then fit a new bolt setup. Possibly worth putting a washer/ spacer on the axle to get rid of the side play. Alternate ask tartys what they recomend you do.
  22. A few spacers/shims on the part sticking out of the slit should fix this problem. So any bike will fit this, we hope. I did say it would fit best to the steel bikes, I wasn't saying it wouldnt fit all bikes. But I would have to fit a massive soacer to have it work on my bike with integral headset. Let's just say it should fit most bikes with regular headsets. Straight fit to steel bikes. And some bodging to alloy frames
  23. The wall thickness of the alloy headtube would make the parts missalign So u would also need the make some customized cable stops.
  24. I will make sure you all get an update when all these ti bolts explode on my bike. I know there weaker but I just can't help myself. I am like a magpie. The only good thing I like so far is they dont rust and stay shiny
