  1. Just buy a specialized air tool track pump it will last you a lifetime if it lives in a dry place, cost £35 but lasts around 15 years + My personal favorite pump to carry is the topeak morph it makes it easy peasy to pump up those large rear trial tyres. Mind you it will set you back £70 for both of these pumps. But you won't have to buy another pump for years

    help! :(

I seen one simmilar before. I put the rear cog to the outside edge and bent the Dmr steel tensioner out straight so it would line up Propper. You may well struggle to straighten out that alloy onza tensioner. So a shorter bb or Dmr tensioner will sort out your chain line. But you can only have he shorter bb if your cranks are a long way from your chain and seat stays ( frame)
  3. indeed it will. i am looking forward to it now. i am asuming neil will be there too?
  4. yep Y1 possibly tey look nice but thats cheating, nothing like home made pie
  5. somtimes the tensile unscrewes on the front aswell? on the way to blackpool my rear wheel caught the wind on the bike rack and set off spinning all the way ther all 70 miles when i got there my tensile was open and lost loads of internals. moral there use strong locktite on the lock ring not the medium blue stuff.
  6. looking good you just cant beat those 1st pics of your frame being put together
  7. U know I don't know I just got the mount of ebay for ten quid, it seemed a good idea at the time. I think helmet mount will be better for trials.
  8. a quick test of my bar mount camera today. i will be getting some video from the tyketrial on sunday with it, any one got any ideas where best to put the camera?
  9. I will be at the tyke trial this weekend if you need any part Dave
  10. What discs do you run ghostrider?
  11. what aener said maybe just weld something splined to the inner part of the freewheel? or surely just use normal cranks
  12. What model disc brake ? Hope or saint there just arent any others worth your money
  13. lots of changes made here. horizontal dropouts fitted in ( thank you rob @ jaf bikes) ffw tensile 60 fitted rear neon fixed spline hub burgtech ride wide bars bar tape no rubber anymore and you lot will like this i sprayed it today......midnight purple with black jaf decals.
  14. I used some nitromors today to good effect. Apply of using a scouring pad gets the paint off quick, and finish it off with some white spirits. Good clean with fairy liquid and rinse with boiling water from the kettle. And my frame was well ready for a fresh paint job
  15. That Ashton frame is probbably powder coated and needs dipping
  16. I tyres the 18-13 it wasn't much fun. So I am back on the 18-14 but with 160mm cranks and thats spot on.
  17. Take out the syringe plunger and put some silicone oil on them it will free them up. If you have no silicone oil. Use fork grease
  18. Has anyone had any Issues regarding Tyre clearance at comps like matlock I saw loads of people knocking mud of there rear tyres. I have quite close clearance with my current Tyre choice I hear stones hit the yoke on the chain stay sometimes as the tread on my Tyre catches the stones. I am a bit worried the rear wheel may get tight with mud all over it
