  1. The avid brakes with the washers have different spacing on the caliper. To keep this simple any is 160 mount will fit fine with the +20 frames and fork. Though some 160 front mounts you will find need some filing to clear the large calipers. The shimano ones are around £8 at retail. Oh if you use the avid mounts don't use the washers.
  2. My 60 click has been awsome. But you get bad ones in all the freewheels avalable. Pick two options really Fix that freewheel, DIY or send it off to tartys of a bikr shop. Or splash out many a pound on a new one My 60 click has been awsome. But you get bad ones in all the freewheels avalable. 3. I think your after a custom jaf or Marino 24" Dual disc. And set of new saint or trialzone discs.
  4. I made a brake bleed bar out of an old handlebar and 203 brake mount
  5. It's going to seriously tight. A euro bb is around 35-34mm wide that leaves 2-1.5mm each around the bb30 axle for the thread in bb shell. I guess that doesn't make it impossible. I will be looking forward to getting a set of these then
  6. Bb30 is massive. I am pretty shure a bb30 axle only just fits in a euro bb shell with no bottom bracket fitted.
  7. That still looks like it will be a much bigger threaded bb. More like the old truvative threaded bmx isis bb they did years back
  8. Get an old wheel from a scrap yard take it apart and build it. Best way is practice on wheel that doesnt matter
  9. Brooks do some brown leather locking grips that could go with the seat. Or I am sure there are bartapes that would match. Looks good so far though.
  10. That needs framing and put on the gallery wall
  11. All is does is save the weight of 2 bolts and a bit of alloy. Post gives more adjustment side ways and more mount options so one caliper will work front and rear 140-203mm rotors with the right mounts Hope only do IS 160 or 180 they fit front or rear. But if you want 160 rear you use the 180 front. s rear IS frame mounts are -20mm to the front.
  12. That's just what I call is mount calipers there so useless.
  13. Should have bought a no9 caliper. With is mount you can only move the cakiper side ways. If yoyr getting vertical problems you could try a half link in the chain to position the wheel better. Or a different rotor What rotor have you got. I know its 160mmis it the hope rotor?,
  14. Adams right I can't find one. Looks like unless you find a second hand one its more new cranks
  15. I am going on hols with my missis but will be taking my bike to do the odd quick afternoon ride. I am saying close to bryncir.
  16. The insert comes with onza pro cranks. It's a brass part that screws onto the crank. I will take a look on onzas b2b now.
  17. Are your bars polished or that shot peened finish.
  18. Gt85 them on. Suprised me but it sticks well.
  19. Looks good josh, will the fork inserts be on there soon?
  20. Would schwale table top be good ? They come in 2.25 and folding light weight options
  21. Hypermobility usualy is up for stafford rides
  22. I started using bartape. It seems ok. I started using bartape. It seems ok.
  23. Will I be needing this for senior at the nationals or is it just for international events
  24. Landing hard enough to front to make a 180 trialzone slip is close to the same force and on a thin rim with thin Tyre. No side loads like the rear would take. I am no to keen on the radial rear. I think a mod may be ok but a stock or 24 would be a bit risky with radial. Really it depends how hard you ride it
  25. I use radial one side on the front wheel with a 180mm hope disc fitted on the 3x side. Seems fine to me. I build wheels and will have time to check spokes and true the wheel if it ever needs it. Front wheel is viz rim on onza disc hub, 3 months old, has had loads of learning to front and drops upto 5 foot
