Your old man learned it once, and now you have another spare to practise on. If you happen to get it right, it's worth more.

I hope you have a good enough relationship with him to tell him he's a cock!

Seems to me now that it's definitely a Google Apps setup, and I'd bet a dodgy password rather than anything else... @LEON, if you're logged into Google through anything else log out or do this through a private window. Go back into the link @ooo sent through, and have another go. Take screenshots of any issues you have, someone will be able to help eventually. Your boss is a moron, by the way, for not making sure you knew what you were doing before he left.

If it wasn't for what I imagine to be ridiculous postage I'd probably ask you to knock some up for me too, they look good!

I had my brakeless build out of the shed over the weekend and it looks craaaaaazy long. Strange how perceptions change!

You're 19% body fat. That's just under a fifth of your body weight. Come back and give advice when you've achieved something that resembles a human body. My advice is good because it does not apply to a keto diet.

f**k the 24tour. (Apart from the fact I'd be absolutely up for a resurrection.)

Y'know, the way to help people make a change is not to treat them like a f**king kid who needs taking back to school. JT isn't stupid, and your approach is exactly the sort of approach that actually helps people get fat. It is not complicated. As Mike said: Eat less, move more. I prefer Eat less (shit), move more (effectively). Everything else is just pure masturbation on the part of people trying to be far more intelligent than they are.

Conversely Dan, most people say that those are suicidal aren't doing it because they don't care about the feelings of those around them. It's because they truly believe that their nearest and dearest will be better off without them. That's why I struggle with it. My best mate killed himself 9 years ago, and I still haven't got my head round it. My natural reaction is "selfish wanker", but logically I know that he wasn't selfish at all, let alone that selfish so there must have been another reason.

Glad you took that as meant rather than as a massive go. Sounds to me like you need a mindset change, which most people do when it comes to balance. Eating healthily can be enjoyable, you just have to find out which bit you enjoy about the process: is it cooking? Certain flavours that you can recreate more healthily? Maybe it's even growing an ingredient? Personally I found that something as small as growing chillies helped me make effort more often. Its the same with fitness. It is enjoyable, you just have to find the bit you enjoy. You're on an activity forum, so we all know you are able to find activities you enjoy that are also physical enough to class as 'healthy'. Mindset change is is hard though, but fad diets certainly won't facilitate any sort of long term change.

I hate it even more when it's suicide, because I'm still unable to work out how I feel about the whole thing. RIP, massive loss.

What about... (and this is a tough one to wrap your head around, I know) ...both? Dieting makes you fat. That means any diet. The act of being 'on' a diet inevitably means that the shitness of being human comes in at some point and you'll be 'off' said diet. Then you get fat, and/or unhealthy. Balance is the key(to).

I just ate a massive bag of Wine Gums, does that count?

I've hated that whole suite of programs, but I had to upgrade to Office 365 a little while ago because it made sense for a fairly dispersed workforce now – it's definitely much more stable. Can hardly call you unproductive anyway!
-
I normally go with highlighting all then 'Edit -> Clear -> Formatting' and Cmd/Ctrl+K to remove links, but that's because I'm too lazy to open another program.

The beauty of these custom builds is that you don't have to give a toss whether anyone else likes it. I've done the orange and grey thing, too, so I obviously like it – yours looks better. It'd drive me mad that the oranges don't match though. Video.

This is some excellent trolling, Lebi. -

Don't listen to any of them. It's clearly Ali Sea. -
I don't really know of any good online resources, but I'm sure there's some great stuff on YouTube. I'll have a look next time I can, but essentially it's all about springing about like trials is. Intersperse it with plenty of other movement as Ali was mentioning and I'm sure it'll help overall.

Depends on whether you're a group of women or not. If so, do the card that he'll throw away at the earliest convenience. If not, go play some badminton and then go for a drink or something.

f**k off, you attention seeking whore.
-
Not paying attention to the months I've had of him saying "get f**ked JD" then? Obviously not in Dave's case, being as you've just crawled out the woodwork. I've said it twice to the attention seeking whore, and will continue to do so.

I'd probably get in touch with them and let them know, unless they're in direct competition with your current employment. It'll give you a warm fuzzy feeling at the very least.
