Dunno whether anyone else has seen it, but in todays Metro newspaper there is a picture towards the back of a trials rider with the Millenium Wheel in the background. It's towards the back in what could have been a "what's on" sort of feature - I didn't really pay attention. Just curious as to who it was really?

having looked at it properly full size now I can see what you mean. I think his idea is the best so far, but it needs something else as far as I'm concerned. I so wish I had access to some tools for this

Just don't get impatient and take them off yourself... my teeth are shit and at 21 there's no way I'm doing it again now, I'll just get a set of fake straight ones when I've got the money. You'll love it when it's done and you'd be silly not to.

The best thing that worked for me around your age was to really concentrate on explosive movements on my rest days. Squat down to get your hands on the floor and jump as high as you can and reach to the sky as you get to the top of the jump as explosively as you can. Do this a good 10 times or so, and then do the same but focus on moving as far forwards as you can at the same time, and again but backwards. Put other directions in as well if you want, just remember to keep it explosive and land as nicely as you can. Keep it nice and low impact compared to a proper sprint and it also shouldn't hurt as much over time.
