yeah lee thats the ped my mates got 1 and i took it for a spin, and it really does go feckin nicely he claimed it could do 50mph, i thought it was more like 45 though which was still impressive the thing is they arent desinged to go that fast, they have no weight and so any high speeds will be pretty dangerous, ive found most peds to be really skippy and crap on corners, theres nothing to them anyway as snappel said, its only gonna be a year? and you will get bored of it, the novelty soon wears off another thing...do you really need 1? fair enough if you have it for getting to work, or live far from school, but i find most people really dont need them and waste a whole loada money and time on them, meaning they end up with a shitted fiesta when they turn 17 as its all they can afford, instead of something a little better alternatively get a f**king great big superbike, and use it on the road without a license and tax, you probably wont get caught

a little thing worth thinking about......any mods made to a moped, like derestricting and big bore kits, means if you crash badly-say hit somebody and hospitalise them, and they find out-the insurance company wont cover you-its you call my cousin has some stupidly expensive peugeot superbike style thing, cost him 2500 new, its f**k fast and handles real well for a moped-but alas you dont look cool on them get a proper moped like a crunch 50-look stylish and have fun

would this shit work? ive found high pressure to be pretty good recently, ive been running my tyres at 40 for the past few weeks and its made the streety shizzle far more fun for sure i just couldnt get into bmx

righty i really want to go tubeless on my 24 jump bike (been riding in some thorny trails recently ) , and more than likely on my trials bike too (just for fun) i read through mikes topic about how to do it, but im a little confused as to what valve set up i need? could i just cut off a valve from an old inner tube and leave a decent mount of lip on it to prevent it popping out? (presumably one of the valves where they have a little nut to lock them in place like on racers) also for the rimtape, just get a smaller inner tube cut into a strip and stretch it round? ive seen kits on the internet that use a special rimtape-do i need that? also regarding the latex-ive seen a few on ebay, is there any different types you can buy? what works best for people? im sorry if all these have been answered before, i just want to make sure cheers, paul

they are on a cam (right word?) so can move on thier axle to provide tension
-
not really, naths 6pot isnt that good, its really spongey and slow to engage, its bity but doesnt have much hold power, i couldnt make it hold doing bunnyhops to front wheel when he had my old sidekick id be a little sceptical about using such a large rotor dave, when you do manage to catch it, the leverage will be huge and itll bend it properly far also i think rich pearson said he preffered a 160 rotor over his 185 on his leeson, seems kinda weird though considering in theory that should be less powerful?
-
that crank isnt even on properly? you shouldnt be able to se the axle?
-
i miss not riding with those guys, f**king legends still waiting for the vid to download, this 1 i havent seen scott was one of the best riders ive ever met, not just huge moves, but ample style too, such an inspiring rider-which felt weird cos hes 2 years younger than me i did talk to him the other day on the train, tryed to convince him to start again but he was hesistant all he needs is a 24 and lowestoft will be fun again its a shame everybody moved on their seperate ways, not only were they talented riders, they were also uber fun to ride with, something that seems to lack with alot of the new riders ive met recently

ive made a plate that bolts onto the 4 bolts, and runs a lower mount for a v brake cos maguras suck ive done it before to convert a tee vee to a 19inch wheel, works fine
-
yeah, but you will need an adaptor plate i shall soon post up my 24inch justice when its built
-
ive been using bog standard tubes for frickin ages now, and never had a puncture on my trials bike(stock o mod) in the year and a half+ that ive been using them, i run between 15, and 25 psi, depending on the weather and what im riding dont forget to run some talc/chalk dust on your tubes before installation, this helps allow the tube to move when the tyre flexes, and helps reduce the chance of a pinch
-
yeah ive cracked one before, they arent all that strong probably just better to upgrade to a pig now ben, feckin ace headsets and last ages
-
19 20s are coming up, scaaaaaaaary

2.5inch azonics feel loooooovely, apparently the 2s feel slightly different, although it would seem all dw bars feel feckin lush whatever rise if you are going to get azonics, definately get them in 2.5, high front ends rule makes all the streetier stuff so much easier as for the differences, i think 1 version is older? i just payed the extra fiver in hope that they may be better bars the 28quid eastons are the newer versions, as you can see they have different logos not sure if they are worth the extra few quid, may as well!
