the only real reason to not get a profile is the cost - the hub is twice the price of an eno - then you're paying out for wheelbuild and a new sprocketty thing for the cranks. you can do it for £200ish, the eno will cost you £85 tops .. if you search you'll find 300 other threads about this and they all come down to the same thing - how much money do you want to spend.

I know there were problems with drivers for quite a lot of hardware earlier on but they've probably addressed most of the major ones by now - its been quite a while. I'm going to be benchmarking some stuff on a 64bit Xeon / quadroFX system with xp64 sometime over the next few weeks at work so i can let you know how that goes (assuming i remember to post back). or even easier... use the shape tool rightclick on the little thumbnail picture on the new layer in the layer pallette and choose 'select layer transparency'. you may need to invert your selection (ctrl+shift+I - unless they changed it again)

AOL suck hard - i lasted less than 4 days before i changed I think NTL have a download limit now - for new accounts at least. I'm with nildram now. Ive got a 2meg pay as you go thingy for £16 a month - you get 2gb a month but you can buy extra gigabytes so its good for people who don't download loads of dvd rips all the time. I think they still do a package where you get 50GB downloads per month daytime use plus unlimited night time downloads for about £26 a month (used to be a 2meg line - may be faster now). Service has been faultless so far (6 months) my mum's been using them for about 5 years with no trouble. I reckon the 4 bolt mounts ought to be bolted on rather than welded. Making them too solid would just result in extra stress on the frame so I'm thinking stick to weak ones but make em cheap and replaceable.

they're definitely gonna be stronger and smoother and won't come undone every 200 yards like an ACS. but all you're doing there is spending 60quid on an ACS with sealed bearings (you might as well get a welded ACS for 15quid if you're going to do that). The reason for upgrading to a green one is the extra engagements - life on the backwheel is great cos you only have to move your feet half as far to get an engagement. Everything feels a lot more solid and responsive. You will actually notice the difference -which I doubt you would if you went for the red one. You're better off saving up the extra money and going for the green one.

it's a pretty safe bet the forks will fit the stem - again - check with the shop first just to be sure booster ? echo 4 bolt - £20(ish), works properly, looks ok and fits fine.

t-pro is good. I got mine as a custom build with the forks, front wheel and front brake from the t-mag. it cost the same as a t-mag so its within your price bracket. I had similar feelings to you i think - didnt want to risk a 2nd hand frame in case it broke on me.

the green one is the heavy duty trials version. it has 72 engagement points and 6 pawls the red has 36 engagements and only 4 pawls. i have a green one - it is nice

leaving it down to your girlfriend doesnt help stave off nad cancer though (tugging 3 times a week reduces your chances of getting it according to a study done in australia - but only if you do it yourself) on the wrist thing.. and this is serious Poke yourself in the little dip where your thumb joins your wrist (it's called the snuffbox - just above the knobbly bit inbetween your thumb tendons) if that hurts then go to hospital and get an x-ray pronto in case you've mashed up one of the weeny bones in your wrist. That can be proper nasty, I'm sure theres a load of people on here who've had to go through bone grafts and been off bike for several months cos of that sort of injury. if it doesn't hurt you've probably just bruised or sprained it. Bruising is fine, sprains you just want to rest it and keep it supported - theres feckall they can do about a sprain so you just have to wait it out. Im not qualified in the slightest so if you're in any doubt go see a professional.

If you want to change bars or stem you'll have to do them together because standard t-pro bars are a stupid size and nothing else will fit. you get hog rims on an 05 t-pro so no need to upgrade them till they break. What you will actually need is a new freewheel cos the one you get on the t-pro (ACS claw) is a bag of shite . Get an ENO trials freewheel (the green one w 72EPs) it'll cost anywhere between 70 and 85 quid . I'd spend the rest on some lovely new brakepads and some decent pedals.

i agree on the spyware front - its well worth a check. be a bit careful when choosing a spyware remover cos half of the free ones are spyware themselves. If you're on broadband you really ought to run a firewall, its not so important on dial up - zonealarm is nice cos its free and is a lot more configurable than the boggo XP one. and yeah - lots of good porn comes as .wmv these days. most of my daniella rush colection is in .wmv and porn doesnt get any better than that

yup - wipe it all out and start again. Don't run any executable files left over from before you wiped it cos you'll just get it again, invest in some decent antivirus software and stop downloading that kind of porn from that kind of place.
