  1. Seen the 26" final, well worth a donation
  2. The road version is designed to be used with road bike drop bar levers, the cable pull is different and they won't work very well with your v-brake levers. Buy the MTN version to use with standard v-brake levers
  3. Came across a couple of good video's from the Euro champs in Germany. Mainly 20" footage but a little 26" towards the end of the second video. [media=]
  4. Yeah it's just outside of Brockenhurst, rear pads are real Coust pads in plastic backings, front are TNN LGV
  5. Got some clips this afternoon riding a fallen tree, nothing amazing but still pretty pleased with it. Any comments appreciated
  6. You'd save more weight by stripping the paint / sandblasting the frame.
  7. Check the power at 0:40 Get well soon Giacomo
  8. I like it, obviously a lot of work has gone into this build Only thing I'm not keen on is the tyres, think there a step to far in my opinion. How long have you been running your pedals cut like that?
  9. Nothing special just a few clips from last Sunday
  10. I'll be there really looking forward to it, Hook woods is an amazing place to ride.
  11. Thanks for the nice comments guys As a front brake it's awesome, very sharp bite and strong hold. Also went for it as I'm a self confessed weight weenie

  14. I've used the following a Maxxis high roller 60a, Maxxis swamp thing 42a and a Schwalbe Big Betty. Out of these I find the Swamp thing the best by miles. High roller - Heavy and plastic 60a compound wasn't that grippy, good wear rate and nice bounce though. Swamp thing - A little heavy at 960g but worth it imo. Very good grip, reasonable wear rate and good bounce. Currently on my 3rd one and don't see me changed to anything else anytime soon Big betty - Expensive, rolls around on off camber rocks / banks, Grips ok for street but crap for natural imo, ripped 3 nobbles off and weak side walls. Light though, personally I'll take the weight penalty of the Maxxis all day long.
