tis a very nice bike! those rims are pretty nice, so strong used to run them on my dh bike and my dirt jump bike and they took one hell of a beating, they are pretty heavy though.

yeah i looked on there only quote the chainstay length, should be a good fit for me as im only 5'8"!! spotted, tis just a option on the lookout for a nice frame, just something different too

so really its just gonna be a hell of a lot more flickable compared to the saracen. having not ridden any other trials bikes, im not totally sure in which ways the different geo is gonna make it ride differently.

simple things like squats and ankle rotations, wanna loosen up and strengthen the muscles in your ankle and achilles. once its loose enough to walk on ge tot the pool and do kick sets, if you can get ourself a set of sprint fins, on bout 6inches long, buts its good light resistance work and builds your calves a treat! i had to do the same with my arm, it was only in plater for three months but, was like a twig compared to my right arm!, started of doin simple squeezes on a foam ball to build some strength then was in the pool, doin pull sets with hand paddles, gotta start doing again, had one of the plates out and its scary how quickly your muscles dissapear again! hopes you sort it out mate craig

as it says does anyone know the geo of a pashley ghz with pashley forks? wb, bb height etc and how will it compare to a 04 saracen mad cheers for your help craig

i think it looks damn nice, the geo seems spot on, i think its because its not as long low and definately not silver, so its bound not to have loads of fans! nah its nice. the seat tube is longer, which does make it look a lil different but its obviously the way for a practical reason. craig

to start with you will probably find you get to 270, but just try and pivot the bike on the rear wheel to complete it. the full 360 will come with practice, but as partz said the mojority of the move is done in the front wheel pivot and keeping your momentum goin throughout that move. as the momentumof the rear front wheel pivot slows throw the bars in the direction you wanna go using your shoulders. hey why not try doing 180 fakie drops, dont bother with pulling the front wheel round drop it out backwards and the ride it out and spin round after, always looks good! i cant do them off any decent size drop at all really, its gotta be about 3 foot and below!! tis bizarre craig

balls does that mean that they should be having uk prices on their site? can undestand why your annoyed mate, tother peopels time and money costs nothing to them obviously, probably done it because they can make more profit by cutting out the middle man, that or they'll be able to offer lower prices more like onza???? we can only hope and see...

the problem with these programs is that when people like jeremy clarkson have honsetly reviewed cars before, such as the toyota corolla, and hated them, the public took his review seriously and toyota wont have there cars on the show. its the same with the mk1 vectra, clarkson spent a full minute, silent and blank faced drumming on the roof. he found it that boring. many of the old luton based vauhall plant workers blame that review for there closure. i mean stoires like this may not be totally true, these comin from the bbc and clarkson himself, but they must be a contributing factor as to why the show doesnt have as many serious reviews on "normal" cars, the industry as such just wouldnt like it. and any way who need that when youve got the wit of the top gear presenters! the show genius

getting money off is real sponsorship, but its definately not the same as getting a pro contract. i mean how many people who say they are sponsored can actually make a living from trials, i mean how people earn a living from trials and not just a bike/parts/entry to comps?

i can honestly say that ive never cheated on a gf, the times ive been tempted, ive usually spoken to the gf about it and weve sorted it out, because there usually some underlying reason for the urge to be there. the only time i fealt i couldnt talk to a gf about it was when the urge was too great and i knew why, i wasnt where i wanted to be so i got out. i was better for it in the end. i think he has done the right thing, yes you will find someone you really do feel complete with, but it isnt always at the right point in your life or the right situation. he's made a fookin hard decision which takes serious balls, its damn hard to let someone you love go but i think that he'll be better for it, if he genuinely beleives the reason he's done it. yeah its gonna hurt for a damn long time, but i look back on my last relationship and realise how damn good it was and how much i lost. its a learning curve and you'll know the next time that someone like that comes around it might be the right place and the right time and you wont let it go. amicable break ups are the worse, cause you still love the person youre leaving you still care. however i dont think your doing yourselves any fovours by seeing her again so soon. its gonna make leaving her behind again even harder, in a way your kidding yourself if you still feel for her in more than a friends way. give it time and space and dont see her until that feeling goes or you know you can make summat of it from the situation your both in. i know its so cliche, but its true there are plenty more fish in the sea, its just gonna take you a while to be able to spot em.

ah yes rise against works damn well, matt hunter seems to like them, he uses them in both of his sections of the collective dvd's. dj shadow works weel, chilled with a beat, any uk hip hop works well.

ok im moving to portsmouth to go to uni there on the 30th of september, of course i will be bringing my bike, but as i dont know the area at all i was wondering who lives down that wasy and what its like to ride there. hey if anyone wants to show me all the riding spots and show me up with my distinct lack of riding skills feel free!! oh and does anyone have any vids of riding in portsmouth? cheers craig
