yeah figured it, its because it is fillet brazed which does naturally form the curved sections between the tubes which look like welds. thought they look a bit rough in comparison to some frames ive seen fillet welded, but htats becasue the majority of them had the braze filled smooth!!! had a quick gander at some curtis and you'll see the brazes are the same quality. awesome frames mate, starting at 260 is silly cheap but i'd so have to rinse the options list!!! love those hifi's in battleship grey look sexy craig

tis a nice lookin bike there mate mite be my next frame of choice. i guess its brazed? shame they couldnt be a bit neater but thats bein anal, and trust i know how hard it is to get em sexy lookin! love te choice of colour, tis all damn good! what forks are they? craig

had some for the last 3 months, nice and stiff and wide, seem pretty good quality, ive had no complaints or worries about them

forging is better for strength and resisting forces because you can align the grain of the metal with the direction in which the forces will be applied. its used in the production of cranks, they forge the product to as near a final shape as they can and then machine the excess away. mean less material waste, maximum space and the minimum weight needed. so both together is best

im exactly the same mate, its weird should be 2.3mb but, i seem to get pretty slow downlaod rates, like im lucky if i get over 100kbps, can anywhere suggest an online speed test?

-
the pedal inserts are probably the best way forward. drilling a pin through the end of the crank arm... cant imagine that lasting too long!!

some drugs in controlled moderation are ok, you've just got to limit the risk you are causing to yourself when taking them. unfortunately some substances will trigger or accelerate a pre-determined disposition or illness, unfortunately its not just illegal drugs that have this effect on people. dont forget the amount of people in the world that suffer from alcoholism and the damage and effect it has on them and their families. some people will be susceptible to these things unfortunately you dont know its going to happen to you until its too late. i've done quite a varied amount of drugs, some in excess, not something i'm proud of. really it was during my last years of school and the first year of college that they took a hold, and i'm only talkin 'soft' drugs. unfortunately its during this period of time in someones life that the brain is still developing and people are more susceptible to the effects. luckily i was able to see where it was going before it completely ruined my chances of a good life, the support and counselling i received was what got me through 4 years of manic depression and several suicide attempts. i managed to finally get back to and finish college and i'm off to uni in september. i think one way of monitoring and controlling in some way the sale and distribution would be to legalize some drugs in some way or another. cannabis for example would be the obvious choice, only available through licensed premises and regulated by the government to monitor quality and strength. yes it would also mean they could tax the hell out of it, rake in the money from the people that 'have' to have it and remove the taboo and wonder of it from the people that want to try it. unfortunately i think a lot of it is down to the choice of the individual in the end some people will choose to do some things irrespective of wether they are legal or not just my tuppence craig

marta pads ^^^^^ think these would be best? sintered are generally used in downhil,l from what i can gather from my mates they use em because they stop em quicker! so either the ones above or sintered
-
sintered pads i think contain traces of metal, which one increases their ability to conduct and dissapate heat, greata for downhill and two makes them longer wearing. organic generally has a shorter life time than sintered. i think thats right , ive only ever had dics only dh bike and ive always used sintered craig

well i thought it was pretty damn good , not too sure bout the new songs but we'll see when the new album comes out. just wondering if anyone else went and what they thought of it?
