  1. Why not see if you can find an avid juicy 7 lever on eBay or pinkbike if you want more adjustability? At least you'll know it will work!
  2. You could but I personally like the extra support the fully wellgo pedal body offers. Think a ti axle option would be a good move.
  3. Take it back, looks looe you were misquoted. Seems very light for a alu/steel axle pedal, impressive!
  4. Sickeningly good! Just makes it all look far too easy. I guess that's the same location as "the cave", but where exactly is that??
  5. And the rest! Most Mag/Ti pedals retail for £100-150, I hate to think of the cost of these.
  6. I honestly don't think any new suspension forks come with v brake mounts. Even the XC guys have moved away from them to disc brakes. So unless i'm completely wrong you'll be looking for something old but new or 2nd hand.
  7. Looks really tidy Brown Bear, bit of a change from the Belaey. But you were on that for such a long time! I'm sure you'll find you progress loads on it
  8. Was only chatting to the missus about Oli the other day, song came up on a playlist that Rich put into a little video of Oli played at his wake. Have some really good memories of him from when I was in Portsmouth, miss him a lot. Missed but never forgotten.
  9. Would have thought the tooling alone would have cost more than that.
  10. Just a quick 5 minutes on Tarty and a spreadsheet and if you bought the following: Tryall stiky lite (888g) Onza Pro Diamond (383g) Trialtech Sport Lite (214g) Wellgo MG1 (362g) You'd be saving about 587g. That's a whole chunk of weight, you could save more but the parts chosen represented what I considered the best cost:weight saved ratio.
  11. Yeaaaaaah Roy! Seriously good riding on both parts, nice contrast in ways.
  12. Come on Dave! He said in the thread it wasn't frozen now, just that it was sat still during the last winter and now it's fooked. He's wondering if that could have caused the problems he's experiencing now. I'd say give it a damn good bleed, check that the lever isn't bottoming out before the pads have a chance to lock the rim. You also mentioned that the whole "cylinder thing was moving", did you mean the master cylinder in the lever was moving? In what way is it moving?
  13. Looks tidy, those forks are so much more confidence inspiring than alu steerer forks. Surprised by your rear tyre choice, switching from that Kenda to the Try All I found the latter to be much much more stable and less pinch prone, whilst still being just as bouncy.
  14. To be honest i thought it was really really cheesy. Probably a really good rider but the video didnt show that off at all. Just that he was really good at hopping up stairs...
  15. Was pretty good, just looks like such an awesome place. Really want to go!
  16. Interesting to see him using dual HS33s.
  17. Back on it Rich, some beasty riding. Really wish video showed how big you riding actually is!
  18. Massive riding as ever. Really needs to get a decent length video out.
  19. Saw both the Genesis frame and Joe's Limey 4 and both look so so nice in the flesh, pictures really don't do them justice. Not sure which one I'd want as the Genesis is pretty much the same as my Hydroxx which I love, but the Limey looks really smart.
  20. Personally I wouldn't say its worth the drive. Have a look at the tides for Exmouth, the rocks on the beach are a good ride.
  21. Really does look a lot nicer as a full build. Is that Joe's bike? I'm sure the short reach would be more than offset with a mod stem? Can't wait to see one in the flesh.
  22. That was awesome, damn work I want to go ride now!
