  1. Just picked up a Hydroxx LT frame and matching Koxx forks, have a front hope mono trial 3T (the +20 calliper) calliper using a 180mm rotor. The rotor fouls on the calliper by only 2-3mm and the specs of this bike I've seen have stated 160 or 190mm rotors, so I'm slightly confused as to what's going on here! Anyone shed any light on the matter?! Hopefully the pics show what's going on.
  2. Looking at the frame i can't see why not, you'd have to run them on the outside of the dropouts though, but there aren't any real issues with this.
  3. There's quite a few riders that regularly ride Dartmoor, Exmouth, Teignmouth and further down in Plymouth. Be out on Dartmoor even more regularly as the weather improves.
  4. Very tidy sir, was considering one of these myself. Very nice

    Films!?

Watched Black Death last night, was pretty good, didn't really do anything at the cinemas money wise, but seems to get fairly good review; worth a watch. Currently half way through watching Mr Nice, it's the biographical film about Howard Marks (if you dont know who he is then google him). Went to a talk he gave about 5 years agow hilst i was at uni and he was awesome there and this film seems to just put those stories into pictures, really enjoying it so far.
  6. Bike looks sweet If there's a decent amount of riding there could be worth a trip.
  7. So along the lines of an Amon Amarth tune... Viking battle metal but with trials bikes and Canadians in?
  8. Think that's the one that topped it for me, claiming to his grieving mother that you were a close friend and that if she ever needed anything then she only had to ask.... that kinda erased any scrap of credibility you may have had outside of this forum let alone in it. I know few people, myself included, who weren't particularly impressed to say the least. I mean seriously Pete there is a reason you got banned from this forum on every account you created...
  9. I'm pretty sure the moderators will be watching the progress of this thread and the number of votes Pete gets pretty closely. I'm thinking not any time soon.
  10. Just been to the Co-Op and got two pizzas to go with my cider and chocolate pud; nights entertainment sorted! Welcome back Pete been sick on Prawn's sofa recently?

    Pavel B On A Mod

Absolute monster and a fine choice of tune.
  12. Looks smart Adam, i'm guessing it's to late to use some form of clear gel coat to make it look uber shiny pimp?
  13. Think this is the unfortunate image of a TGS rider that has stuck in my mind, a case of the minority spoiling it for the majority of TGS riders. I don't think TGS is growing at all, i would say the majority of riders i know ride more creative, technical riding; rather riding lines than inch pinching. The southwest seems to be a little devoid of TGS riders.
  14. Early elevenses, Cheese and Onion Walkers and a KitKat chunky. Nom.
  15. I had this problem with a BB a few months ago. I resorted to carefully taking a hacksaw to the BB cup and cutting it in 3 or 4 places, then you can use a hammer and screw driver to prise the BB inwards when it should hopefully split into pieces and fall out. It's a tricky one as you can damage the threads, but get the chased through at a shop and it shouldn't make any difference.
  16. Aren't fillet brazing and bronze welding the same thing?
  17. That mate was awesome, such a nice vibe to that which i think summed up the day riding we had down Cligga and Wheal Kitty. Now i really really want to go ride! Beer?
  18. Schwalbe Fat Albert 2.4 on the rear and a Kenda Small block 8 2.1 on the front. Sorted.
  19. Bike looks nice, what's different with these forks?
  20. 15T or if it feels a little heavy, 15T and man up?
  21. My Rockman forks didn't, looking at where they snapped you could see it was cracked before they finalyl went, but as they snapped at the point where they taper from the crown race seat you couldn't see this unless you'd taken them off the bike and noticed. They certainly didn't feel like they were flexing to give me warning in that respect.
  22. Ah right, I just saw that after I check your site. I was wondering what brake Koxx were going to use on the rear now they've moved to post mount, they do have the same piston sizes don't they? So no issues with power.
