Liking the bike a lot, dislike the attitude companies have to stealing frame designs. Fair enough Montys are stupidly overpriced so maybe what Rulong has done is easier to justify?

Only got asked once, funnily enough it was in Wimbledon on an Underground station. Some chap came up to me, gave me his mobile, wallet and asked if he could have a go. I let him, he started doing pedalkicks, pivots etc. later on it turned out he used to ride trials many years ago. Haven't been asked since but I wouldn't give my bike to anybody but a mate.

Still can't see any pics

That's why these are probably trendy

Wondering if this couldn't be turned into a music "recommendation" thread. People would post the names of songs they really like and specify the genre. The point being that those of us who are into ie. rock, house could easily find songs they might like and listen to them on youtube. What do you think?

Just some video stills but from what must have been the most fun ride I've had. Riding in the rain is kinda annoying because it could be dry. Riding in a downpour and storm is taking trials to a whole new and exciting level. Once it started raining, the temperature dropped from 31 to 19 in a matter of a minute or two. Was quite chilly

So basically wearing a Bill Oddie will make you immune from prosecution for speeding? Back on topic though, I think this is more to show that the ISP's are socially responsible if you can call it that. Been discussed over here, everybody was worried for a brief moment and that was it. The police did however raid a dormitory last year to check student's hard drives for illegal software. The result of that was that many people just threw their PC's out the window. A few months later somebody made a prank call to a different dormitory saying that there will be a police raid and again lots of computers were thrown out of the window.

Quite a good game that but it always made me want to pee. And it wouldn't run smoothly on my pc

Here she is, 4 days before a 14 day natural ride up in the mountains. Hasn't been in this good condition for months, wheels have been rebuilt, tyres changed, hubs and headset serviced, all important threads loctited into place and various parts changed to Trialtech ones, including some bolts. Was going to run a pair of the HSB Yellows, unfortunately my frame won't take pads that are thicker than 10mm inc. the backing There goes my one chance to use some different pads - been running the same Cousts for 2 years now! The bike rides like a dream, pretty confident it's reached a stage where I won't ever want to change it unless I try to improve the geometry with another Triton project. For those interested, bars are 221Ti Montys extended to 740mm, gear ratio is 18:17, cranks are 221Ti 158mm. Rear rim is a modified BT. The lot weighs around 10kgs including a massive rear inner tube.

Exactly! Going up into the mountains on Monday to the best natural spots in the country. 14 days of riding ONLY natural with about 30 different riders from around the country. Trials can't get any better than that.

Got 46mpg in my CRX on today's refill. Mind you 3/4 was done on the motorway but a fair bit was flat out and in jams.
-
How many owners has this frame had? It's bloody amazing, remember seeing it first time on here a good few years ago.
-
I'm not having a go at you mate, just thought there was a funny side do it as well

Banana?

This might start a whole new trend of riding. I can imagine a conversation like this: -Hey guys, according to my PDA I can gap from this wall to that one. -Cool, you're a great rider. Now let's go and find some new gaps and see if you can do them.
-
That looks superb!
-
Yup, no doubt about it. Compared them to extended Monty 221Ti bars and they're almost identical. And extended 221Ti bars are almost as good as bars can get

Ironically most Tryall rims have different weights Some friendly dealers will even find the lighest one in stock if you ask nicely
-
why can't i see any pictures?
-
That was really entertaining - the music, riding and editing. You're very good on a mod but I think you suit a stock much better.
-
Yeah, he's right. Rockman have released some handlebars, frames and pretty pimp hubs based on the Tryall H hub (at least that's what the appearances lead me to believe).

I use a Maxxis DH or FR tube (blue stripe). It weighs about 450g but it's worth it. Personally I find that a light rear tyre + thick tube work better than a heavy thick tyre and a thin tube. Example: - Tryall tyre + thin tube = flat after 15 minutes of riding and ~1,45kgs of rubber - Schwalbe Big Betty + massive tube = no flats for weeks and ~1,3kgs of rubber

Engine: Petrol Size: 1.6 Model: CRX 1.6 DOHC '91 Driving Conditions: City+Country Combined MPG: 39 (city+country) up to 44 for long distance runs. Comments: Don't pay attention to driving efficiently. I use full throttle frequently. Also run a Honda S2000, only refueled it once. Got 22mpg. Quite costly considering it runs on premium unleaded. But then I rarely shift under 5k unless in a traffic jam.
