No idea - that's pretty random! It could be the case though, especially if it's an older version of IE too. To be fair, upgrading to Firefox or Chrome would make your online life infinitely better in any case. Either of those two will make most sites work better and faster, and they've got a lot more useful functions than IE too.

ive just looked on weights of 19"tyres on tarty.. and an echo is nearly as light as a try-all???

They've slightly changed the tyres from batch to batch - we've had some in the past as much as 1.450kg, but the current batch all seem to be the lighter version.

on a stock, 20t frt chainring... what sized rear sprocket would be best for trials??

18:15 is the 'normal' stock ratio, so you'd just need to do 15/18 = 0.833 * 20 = 16.666. Seem to remember 20:17 was the norm and it looks about right according to that.

Chain Reaction are getting sloppy, put an order in on 3/9/12 at 23:10 so would have thought it would have been dispatched on the 4th or at least the 5th. No, they've only dispatched it today on Royal Mail 1st class, so I reckon they might turn up sometime next week.

It was either earlier this year or late last year. I had around £200 taken out of my account. Checked multiple MTB forums and loads of people had issues with it too, with CRC being the only linked factor. They eventually released some info on their FB page (2 wks after the first wave of reports). I can appreciate putting a "We're dodgy atm" sign up on a website isn't ideal, but transparency with customers would've left a slightly less bitter taste ;)

Their communication isn't ideal - when they had that security issue with credit card details getting rinsed they were super slow at dealing with it and in putting info out there. I got caught up in that, and finding any information from anyone about anything to do with it was almost impossible.

True - I guess it's just their "fall from grace", so to speak. I always used to use CRC because it always got to me next day, but now I'm a bit pickier because I rarely get stuff that quickly from them. As you've mentioned before, it's just the way things go when a company gets that big - I suppose it's just that people have had a chance to get a taste of what it used to be like compared to what it's like now.
