Wtf Is This?

Its a shit idea.

its bound to snap the mounts off?

The pressure is pushing the mounts away from the frame rather than into it when there on the ''right'' side.

I think the mounts are actually integrated into the chainstay's in some way perhaps by way of some sort of CNC type thing.

Not sure exactley how it would work but it's definately something I'd like to find out more about....

HAHAHAHAHA!!

Got any proff to back up that wild acusation?

I think it's a wicked idea! Looks like the mounts are CNCd so I don't think there should be any worry about stiffness. Looks neat aswell and if the hose is run on the insides of the stays then you should never have to worry about splitting a crossover.

could be a hoffman, a german frame maker.

the maggie is sandwiched between two plates, the plates act as boosters which should make the brake plenty stiff, could even make the frame feel "softer" as the back end might have a bit of up/down flex because of plates rather than tubes.

who knows.........god?

Yes, it's a Hoffmann

The IBS (integrate brake system) is strong as hell (even with a RB lever)

but not THAT easy to adjust.

I heard that the dropouts make no problems and work well.

Oh those are 26".

But the IBS is also available on 20" bikes.

Hoffmann makes also custom Geo...

They look very beautiful live!
