I have had major ankle problems for years and only just got to the point when i can ride without one. I used the aircast for a year or two and HIGHLY recommend it. Its pretty bulky compared to many, but is so stiff that you'll not be rolling your ankle anytime soon. I didn't pay £45 for mine though. although looking where i got mine from and its up to £45. Looks like Andy Murrays use of them has put the price up.

Cannot wait to get back onshore and watch this. Cheers for filming / showing us the spots all weekend Mark. I had a total blast. Cant wait to get back down again and do some more riding. THanks to everyone that turned up and rode with us that weekend. Really made me enjoy riding trials again.
