This. Eat a clean diet, and drink plenty of water. If you've got a TV in your room, unplug/remove it and watch TV downstairs until you're ready to head off to bed. Your body need to start associating your bedroom with just sleep, nothing else. Try reading a book before sleeping, it's more mentally engaging than watching TV and will tire you out more

He's previously snapped Rockman Spades, Try-All alloy, Onza Proto's and cracked a set of Onza Genesis forks. I'd expect them to last the average rider maybe 6-8 months, and a more advanced/basher rider 3-6 months
