  1. Why would you create a freewheel with such small ID? Personally i'd make full advantage and use larger bearings, and give it more pawls/engagement points. Does it fit press fit or use external bb?
  2. had exactly the same issue on my solo mod. I ended up slamming the wheel in the dropouts and using a spoke tensioner. Speedrace cant align brake mounts for shit!
  3. thats true, but what i meant is it makes more sence to manafacture a product to be compatiable with existing frame set-ups, rarther than make your own standard. I know that at the end of the day, someone has to start a new standard, but it'll be a shame if other trials manafacturer's dont use this, then the cranks set-up will only be usable for Crewkerz frames. Also, i thought the Echo/zoo bb was the same size as certain bmx's? - Beaten to it by Ali
  4. Couldnt you have designed it to fit the current echo/zoo press fit system?
  5. That's your opinion, not your insurers/the general markets opinion....
  6. Market value, insurance group, how easy it is to steal, make/model, ect. I could have 300bhp in my ax, but it'll be cheap to insure because no-one wants to steal an ax.... however i could have a modern car with less power, but someone would want to steal it because its more modern, more reliable, better looking, ect
  7. I work for an insurance company, and jardo's right
  8. I am pissing myself laughing at some of these wild theories
  9. You're all forgetting that it's not just based on your cars BHp, you also got to take into account age, market value, make/model ect ect. So there will be cases where more powerful cars will be cheaper to insure
  10. I did, but then i changed to Trialtechs and prefered the trialtechs. Most people dont like the echo bars because they're alot flatter than most trials bars.
  11. I had no strength issues with mine. I'm 14 stone, and bashy as f**k!
  12. I would. People say it's not a life changing amount, but think of it this way, im 22, so if i didn't buy anything stupid like a house, ect, 1 million is equal to 20k to live on for the next 50 years of your life. Even if you didn't spend the majority of it, I'd live a lot happier know there's that money sat in the bank for a rainy day.
  13. Lots of tinkering with the car : One way to test a heater plug by yourself: Parcel shelf modified with new speakers, cable stapled down and quick connector installed: Quick connector in place: Quickshift and new gearchange bushes, lots of difference!
  14. Yeah, sounds like a completly spasticated size
  15. From the camera angle its hard to see if the brake mounts line up or not, i was also going from how far away the wheel is from the bb yoke Are you sure its not a 26 with the brake mounts in the wrong place? For all you know, monty could have done a speedrace
  16. Are you sure its 24"? It looks like 26" with 24" wheels to me
  17. Your a moron. Stealing is wrong, regardless of who you steal from or how much they have/earn.
