think they could start proceedings (paper work) but would have to wait until a verdict is reached before some-one can be tried for another crime, unless it's related to what he's already in court for then the charges would be changed to suit i think. your local paper will tell you when a person has been in court, local radio stations put stuff up online too (the cocksucker that lives upstairs from me was in the paper and i found it on the net too) but normally only a date with no time. think you can just go into court and ask for times and dates, it's public records after all........but they wont give you any details.

anyone can sit in the public gallery (think thats what its called) of a court room, think some hearing/ cases can be private if they have sensitive information in them. don't quite understand the second queston. you can pleed guilty by post for some offences meaning you will be found guilty in your absence, you get sentenced after the verdict has been ruled (?) normally on a different date. if you get a prison sentence they a warrant will be issued for your arrest, think i may be miss-reading your question though. edit --- you due in court or something?

all counties have a stature of limitations when it comes to crimes, not sure what they are here in the uk and will vary relevant to the crime in question. it's also worth noting that being in court and getting prosecuted isn't about what you have done as such, more what can be proved you have done. everything is open to manipulation nowadays, if you can afford good legal representation you can get away with more than someone relying on legal aid. the world is f**ked like that, best not to bother thinking about it and play with you penis instead .

just got it out now, pried the body a bit and pushed hard as f**k and it popped out. cylinder had a scuff on it, must have been what was stopping it just sliding out. cheers for the help though guys

pics works for me, tried it in a different browser and its still there. with out the lever blade in it will push out a few mm, but not all the way. could the body be a bit crimped on to the cylinder maybe? it moves a bit and stops like its got a ridge in it or something. or should i pry the body open a bit and give it a harder push? i'm not a fan of forcing things, so i thought id ask. but its the way i thought it would come out.

right, so i have tr levers and im looking to get the master cylinder bit out. when the levers are loose on the bars the silver (bit in the pic) can rotate freely, but i can't see how it comes out. it can't be fixed in if its able to rotate like it can when the levers aren't clamped up tight on the bars. anyone know how it all comes apart? silver bit in the pic below so you all know what i'm on about. any help would be appreciated guys cheers chris edit - fook me that pics huge
