  1. i´d personally choose the wire beaded tyre for trials,as its less likely to jump off the rim when running pressures under 30 psi
  2. i remember the redbull vid with him AND petr kraus riding prague(i think) on "normal" mtbs.
  3. no worries,its just clerictgm.
  4. afaik it isnt really a trials frame.is it the ritual dj/street one?dunno exactly but check their website edit:its the "fireball"
  5. awesome how they re-edited some of the clips, dubstep wouldnt be my choice but that was pretty cool all round
  6. marinobikes.com (250 usd n+65 usd shipping) jaf(jaf-bikes.co.uk? i guess) aprox.00-400 gbp tritonbikes.com around 600 gbp + shipping in raising price order
  7. very cool, liked the shadows and lights in the second vid from 2:20 on a lot, such things tell what the cam´s like.
  8. be aware,we dont want to see a vid of you looping out with a guy in the background saying "frickin´ shiddy bing pads" just joking
  9. i dont know whats it called in english but in my way to translate it it would be "circulating torque" its a force that applies when an axle is supported by bearings and theyre threaded into something, when you pedal the force goes opposite to the rotation, unscrewing your bb.its like the balls of the bearing were planets in a gear hub, they turn the direction around hence the paradoxon of having backwards facing threads with bsa bb. loctite it in with medium loctite edit: sorry that its german
  10. having said i respect ashton a lot i must admit that i think trials or jumping in general on a road bike is totally stupid imo.... i think ashtons background makes it a bit cooler though
  11. everyone´s gonna bomb your inbox now haha your filming quality is superb, unfortunately i amin germany and you wouldnt film my lack of skill either lol but looking forward to see the edit once its done
  12. haha how many pesetas did it cost back in the day? around 1200-1500 i´d guess
  13. thats alot of reach you have there sir!
  14. hex replica? looks nice geo?
  15. i think the best tweak would be to swap the carbon stuff for some metal, maybe alu,and build them from that. anyone out there did this yet?
  16. haha, was my way to say that i think those "carthy´ed" bar angles would kill your wrists before the bars are fatigued and snap....
  17. that´d mean a carbon bar isnt as strong as a wrists weakest cartilage...
  18. wow,dez was right with the balloon theory lol sorry
  19. great riding as always, liked the drop gap combo at the end a lot
  20. very cool, i was like"what the f**k?!" as he did that gymnastic ball stuff, and there was a barrel roll aswell? (think a 180 backflip is a flair so a 360 one should be called that?) seeing him beeing able to go bigger than ever after a serious back injury makes me think about my wrist damage another way......
  21. yeah but isnt the pin positioned horizontally in the chain and sticks out over the plates a bit, being the widest point of a chain?
  22. it says pin length is 12.4 mm so i´d take this as the total width
