I've got a mod to ride during the week and my stock for all outings and group rides as It allows for bigger hops. Both get ridden pretty equally but the mods just for messing about on.

I've personally had a lot more luck with the jitsie freewheel than I did with my sl's which weren't even made out of cheese :/ just very soft butter

I'm using shimano slx's on the mod and the pads do love a good old rock, heard several different bodge idea but what's everyone actually using and works?

Did a huge lap of a load of different spots around Hathersage area on Saturday and here is a long old video from the day. First set of rocks was Higgor Tor then a random lake on the way to Padley gorge and looping back to surprise view to finish off. Loads of great spots in between that were sadly too windy to ride that day.

Get the Carbons! they won't crack like alloy ones like to and they feel real nice once you get used to them.

Moto trials is absolutely crawling with bitches lol so it's not that they don't enjoy the idea of it, thinks it's just purely the lack of strength sadly peddling is hard and them girly legs for the majority just aren't up to it.
