Sell the king, get a mod hub with an eno... then use the leftover cash to go to the pub or buy some new bars or something.

Use a headphone out socket on the keyboard and a mic (line in) socket on the pc? Then use pretty much any program you want.

Andy hill went through this with me last night over msn. Place your wheel on the floor and put your foot on the rim where a pair of spokes cross, none in particular just make sure its where they cross. Then get your other foot and put it on the pair of crossing spokes on the opposite side of the wheel pressing down on it and putting stress on the wheel, dont be gentle with this... really lean, i ended up standing on both sides of the rim and balancing it on the axle end with my entire body weight on each side of the rim so it should take a fair amount of force. Work your way around the wheel doing it at each spoke crossing, then flip the wheel over and repeat on the other side. Now re-true it and do the standing procedure again.... keep doing this till you can stand on it and not have it buckle at all. You'll now be left with a supremely strong wheelbuild.

Stems a tioga cube... i think

Trials IS an olympic sport though, the level of riding and dedication needed should pretty much guarantee it a place there. Now the publicity and general interest is coming about i think we'll be seeing more of this kind of thing cropping up... i mean i went out on the piss last night and martyn ashton was on the tv's there doing that animal demo with fielder, and thats just a local scream bar in town. Made me do a double take at the tele thats for sure

I got told that this game is rubbish, that it takes all the realistic aspects of battlefield 2 and puts them into a scenario thats entirely unrealistic... aparantly its like that star wars game only without the cool things like ewoks and wookies

I'm sure as hell going, got a new rim and some new funky polishing on the frame so i gotta ride it like the beast it is. Wanna try the smoothness out on familiar territory too -
To stop your chain snapping if you land on a rail or something thin. Without one theres more of a chance of the rail pushing the chain into that gap and putting so much stress on it that it snaps, with the block there theres not as much room for the chain to move so it shouldnt snap.

Yeah, some burns are gonna be going on it sometime in the next week or so. Theres an RB lever coming my way too

Well its always good to finish a thread with how its gone for you, finally got round to ordering my new rim after this one was cracked in 7 places and was now cracked along the join. Had a go at it last night, took probably about an hour and a half from taping the rims together and swapping over spokes to putting the fully built wheel into my frame. It was suprisingly easy, i know its not the same as a proper wheel build with new spokes and everything but if anyone was thinking about it and unsure i would definately say do it. Any tips would be take your time, ensure you do each spoke up the same amount and dont be worried if their different tensions while your doing it. Put a drop of oil on the nipple ends (where the screwdriver slot is).... makes them twist easier and generally helps out.

Like michael stylee? oh my god M8 YOU WERE OWENED!!! michael owen comes down and takes out that gap using a townsend XC frame and wilko's tubes/tyres. *cillit bang stylee* Pow... and the gap is OWNED!!!!

Sorry but i didnt really think that was funny at all, i'm not meaning this in a harsh way but it looks to exagerated/faked more than funny. Funny bails involve laughing or something random happening, good bails make you wanna cry because you feel for them so much.

i'll meet you guys at crown court at about 11.30. My train leaves syston at 11.10 so i'll be there about 11.20-25 -
Did you actually manage that sidehop on the coust wall? Quite liked the vid, up until the repeated clip of your hook but it was alright. You DEFINATELY ride that better than you rode your mod, you look so much more precise and in control of the bike, which is always good. Big gap in the amphiteatre though

Its the "agree with me or i will tackle you to the floor" look. Cant see her as being attractive whilst sober, however, my standards drop significantly while theres 6-8 pints coursing through my veins.... after 10-12 pints i'd probably take her home and be proud of myself in the morning. She's not that bad looking to wake up next to, could certainly be a lot worse. Dont be ashamed of your thread poopipe, i bet theres not a lot of people that would freely admit it on a forum. The person i most ashamedly liked was my 45+ something year old art teacher (i was about 16 at the time)... she was cool as f**k and at the time i was convinced she liked me too

You are 100% correct, just kind of another reminder to not accept .rar files off people you dont really know via msn. Seems that having an msn address in my user profile isnt quite as safe as i thought it was.
-
No it wasnt that, he tried sending me "a picture of his bike" which was actually a .rar file with a tojan inside it. Its something he INTENTIONALLY sent to me.... well tried anyway.
-
I might be the only one here but if someone called trials_985@hotmail.co.uk adds you to msn and sends you a picture of his bike in a .rar format dont accept it, little f**ker tried sending me a trojan. He was obviously too thick to underestimate my computers security packages, it got blocked, quarantined, deleted and reported before i could even read the name of it lol. Dont accept .rar's off people you dont know on msn Can't beleive i was vain enough to click accept lol.

Yep, theres the school of tyreage that you missed out on. Theres also some yellow gate with square flower bed type things... i dont know of this personally, pat was on about it and thats the onyl description we were getting off him lol. Theres also a mini skatepark thing thats a bit poor but funny for a couple of minutes... and if your into natural 10-15 minutes out of loughborough is shepshed, home to the one and only ben lee, and about 10-15 minutes from his house is some awesome natural that you could spend an entire day on. Do you have any lectures on wednesday? I have the whole day off as well as my mate conner who has wednesdays off work, we're more than likely going to go riding so if your up for it that'd be cool. We may even sample the shepshed rocks if the weathers good. -
Now that is some crazy african style chanting music. Yes, it does work for me... want it over msn?

Maybe try pads there are meant for a grind? The zoo's generally wear out too fast and from other peoples bikes i've seen, they run better on a smooth rim. A good way to get a savage grind is to tilt the grinder to an angle of around 10-15 degrees and rub it up and down on an old rim, on both sides of the grinding disc. this will crate a sharp point on the edge of the disc. Now get your decent rim and hold the grinder at 90 degrees to it and use a medium amount of pressure and swipe across the rim. This will produce a sharp and very harsh grindwhich is prone to wearing down pad material very fast, as you go round the rim keep sharpening the disc up using the old rim again when the grind seems a little dull and it'll keep the grind fairly even around the whole rim. For a lighter grind hold the grinder at about 45 degrees and lightly skim over the surface of the rim using fast strokes in a clockwise direction.... the fast stokes seperate out the grooves more and create a better surface for the pads to grip to. You'll want to cover about 4-6 inches with one swift stroke movement. For a medium grind hold the grinder between 70-90 degrees and apply a light-medium amount of pressure using slightly slower strokes than with the light grind. Have a play and find which suits you best

Ha ha, that little kids well brave. I dunno whether i'd drop in that half pipe on a bmx myself and he's already going for it. When he's strong enough to throw the bike around he'll be immense.
