  1. Yes but you have a choice of new or used on the ebay site and they have chosen to mislabel something that is clearly and inarguably not new but used. Therefore its a breach of ebay selling rules and is applicable to go through ebays "item not received or significantly not as described" channels to require some sort of an alternative or refund. It is also against the trade descriptions act. They HAVE to sort it out.
  2. Nero can do it, you just need the plugins for the dvd software. It does take ages though as you'll only get about 4 episodes per disc and each disc'll take about 3 hours to do (based on 40 minute episodes of lost/stargate/smallville etc)
  3. Their working fine and have been all day. I've sent multiple videos, some even bigger than the select bikes one.
  4. If its stated as new only its been built up then it is not entirely new and yes they are legally responsible for fraudulantly selling it. Same way as if a shop makes a mistake with the price of something, they have to sell it at that price, we got our sofa for £180.00 because someone had put the decimal point in the wrong place so we saved £1600. I've been trying to ring them about my tyres as well and have had no luck, it amazes me at how incompetant this place can be. I placed my order for a pair of tyres with them and was told they would be at my house by the end of the week, i've not even had the money taken out my account... they've just comepletely forgotten about the order, their loss the money went on booze and a taxi last night
  5. Mod bikes have 20" wheels and are generally lighter smaller and easier to throw about. Stock bikes have 26" wheels like your average mountain bike however their geometry is usually suited better to trials than your average £120 bike from halfords. Things are generally easier on a stock bike, like getting up things and gapping across obstacles however their usually heavier and require more ooomph to get them where you want them. Generally people start on the small 20" bikes and then progress onto normal stock bikes... but some people are weird and stick with mod bikes 24" is a new craze that has the benefits of being flicky but big enough and versatile enough to do most things a 26" can.
  6. Its all in the legs, if the front end starts to drop down get your legs and arse leaning back, if it starts to fall back get your arse qand legs forwards, thats all there is to it really.
  7. I reckon you might be right You broke it... you tell us !
  8. Ah rite your on about little bikes then. Not too great with these... loads of people have t-pro's but i cant for the life of me think why... wheir ugly little things and they dont ride amazingly well either. A zoot is 24" so it would be complately different to the 20" zoo you were looking at... maybe get some mod riders opinions? Come on kiddie bike riders...this guy needs help
  9. Saw this on the same page, even funnier http://www.metacafe.com/watch/128878/fight/ And this just because of the pow-pow action of his cock finger lol http://www.metacafe.com/watch/7131/super_cop/
  10. Yeah, if you could only do it on zoo bikes trials would be soooooo f**king boring. Zoot's are alright frames but to decide on what frame you want to get you'll want to take into account your height, your build and what sort of riding you enjoy the most. For example if you like riding street with bunnyhops and abubaca's a short flicky bike will be better than a zoobike. However, if you mean ride street pure trials style then a zoo style bike will be fine. Onza t-rex, echo's czar, GU... you get the picture. If its the flicky fun kind of street bike your after then have a look on ebay or other trials forum signatures for anybody selling a great condition base TA26. Lovely cheap bike and very easy to ride
  11. Not tried the 74 kingz one but my echo control booster on my t-rex is immense. Control booster, cnc'd backings and an already stiff rex frame makes one hell of a solid brake.
  12. I got your name the first time it was written, there was no need to annoy me with having it flash up again so many times. It makes it look like your desperate to have everyone know who you are, and in my opinion the video would have been heaps better without it. Decent riding though, the editing was okay too.
  13. Thats what i was thinking. Are you sure they've not just used a thread cleaning tool on it? If they had paint or anodising over the bb threads they might have cleaned them off so you wouldn't have had any problems fitting your bottom bracket. It would give the impression a BB has been fitted to it. If it was on the shelf in their shop it might have got scratched when people look at it or employees moved it.
  14. He's right, sometimes it helps if you teach people to get onto the back wheel then let go of the brake and do a little push on the pedals in order to roll forwards a little bit. In a nut-shell: Get onto back wheel.... Place a bit of force onto the forwards peddle with the brake still on, this will engage the hub..... Lower the bars a tad.... Let go of the brake and put a little bit more force onto the forwards peddle at the same time as pulling on the bars slightly.... Re-apply the brake after you've moved a couple of inches. Get the hang of that and you'll be used to the timings of when to release the brake kick the pedals and re-apply the brake. Then to move on and actual hop all you have to do is jump a little bit with your legs as your pulling on the bars/kicking on the pedals. Enjoy
  15. Thats what i thought till they snapped when my mate did a drop gap. They have a weak as f**k bonded steerer so a few too many taps and their dead. If they seem to bounce/vibrate/wobble a lot when you correction hop on the rear wheel their about to die.
  16. Same approach i'm having to it, friday nights out are great getting up early on a saturday morning isnt.
  17. Nope, those chainstays would be fine. Short chainstays equals flicky streety bike. With a bit of bb rise too it'll be perfect.
  18. Yeah thats pretty much it, put the spring on the pads.... loosen off the adjuster knobs to give a bit more room and just push them in. Theres a free manual on the avid site if your stuck
  19. I feel ashamed that i'm in the background on what i can only describe as an aweful and truly abismal video. I actually think this is one of the worst things ever put on the internet.
  20. The stays are 380 aren't they? Either way the wheel base should be around 1040 even my old straight blade club roost forks made the wheelbase was around 1035. You can manage a 2.5 michelin comp 24 (same as a maxxis minion) in the rear with enough clearance for a buckle on both a planet-x BMF rim and an onza ronnie.

    Auch! Vol.8

f**k yeah, me and my red base are in auch 8! Funny as, i love bail vids
  22. So it joined the bb and cnc bits together? So is there a hole now? If there is i would fill the hole with blue tack and then stick gaffer tape over it. The tape'll hold the blue tack in and the blue tack might form some sort of padding around sharp edges should it snap and head towards your legs.
