  1. Completely out of the blue my ring finger started hurting today. Began underneath the first joint on the inside of the hand, then spread inwards and outwards. Now it's swollen and I can't move it or apply any pressure to close the fist. Can't even press a f**king key on the keyboard without shooting pain in the joint. Was doing deadlifts yesterday, is it possible that the aftermath came 20 hours later? Not even sure what to search for, any ideas? When might this go away?
  2. It was a short batch and I don't think dealers expected to get these. They just sort of appeared out of nowhere and then disappeared.
  3. The process is described in the link. It works exactly like the camera below and many others. Is this really an argument used by conspiracy theorists? As for the last clip, perhaps try positioning the kicker a bit closer and using less speed? It seems you're slamming into it. Good video!
  4. That's a dodgy place for a crack. I definitely wouldn't ride it. And like you say it's quite an unusual one. Warranty is over?
  5. 24 hours? Not 7 days? I had worms probably for a few months but there was no butt or head scratching involved. Lost 20 pounds, looked like death but my friends were too kind to hint at that Then my wrist broke during a tap Seriously, f**k worms! How did we get from a bike riddle to parasites again?
  6. Don't think so. You're always going to be pulling higher than the point at which the tyres touch the ground. Going to leave these here...
  7. We're not the correct audience for this video. Enjoyed it none the less.
  8. Not proposing a new way of interstellar travel, but if the bike can neither go forward nor backwards, the pulling force will cause the rear wheel to lift off the ground for a brief moment?
  9. Thought I'd solved this, then went to check it on a real bike and... came back to delete my answers. I think there's a 3rd / 4th (depend on how you look at it) scenario, and it's that the bike will move up. Check out the Josephus problem if you're into such things. There's also one where you have 1000 bottles of wine, one is poisoned and you have 10 rats to test which bottle it is. Poison starts working after 1 hour and the party starts in an hour. You need to narrow it down to a single bottle.
  10. Try progressing an inch at a time. The difference between 6 and 7 pallets is a big leap.
  11. Trials nowadays is very different to what it used to be but I very much doubt it's shrinking worldwide. Spain and France are awashed with trials parks and a new generation of riders. Sadly, TGS and urban trials have received a massive blow in the process.
  12. Aurel is f**king amazing. Every time he's on the bike, he looks like he's having a blast. So much style and power too.
  13. Yeah, nah, nah (work in progress). My eyeballs really enjoy going to the gym with her And she's soooo much fun. Always found going to the gym f**king awful but with a partner who pushes you and who you push it becomes a great way to spend time.
  14. Started going to the gym with a lady friend. She thought we should check our DL record so we can measure our improvements. So f**king proud I lifted 12.5kg more than she did, at one moment I was worried Anyway, it's so much fun with her around. Not going to give up on this, starting a vlog (oh dear no) for stale old trials riders in poland like myself who have long passed their prime. The goal is to document progress from literally f**king awful to moderately good. Also dating a really nice girl. Things are looking good.
  15. That's THE best looking bashring ever. I wanted a pair so bad but rode a mod.
  16. Yes it does, but 90% of the time when you land on an obstacle and your brake doesn't hold, you're going to roll backwards. Notice how a poor brake usually makes you slip off things. Tony, that is pure gold
  17. It's exactly the opposite. In trials the rear brake stops the wheel from rolling backwards. Therefore having a brake mounted underneath makes it act like a wedge. It's exactly the same story with forks having brake mounts on the back, where you're stopping the front wheel from rotating forward.
  18. First proper 26" carbon frame and you're complaining about the bar angle
  19. Love it. Clean describes it well. Finally trials is seeing some genuine innovation.
  20. Yeah that's too true. Having a light bike is nice for the first ride or two, then you get used to it and it feels exactly the same. It's great for comps, not so great when you just ride for yourself. Makes the bike feel like jelly too
  21. Upgrading to a Trial Zone is already going to be a considerable improvement and probably your best bet. Even more so when you install Trialtech or Jitsie pads. A cheaper but heavier alternative to the Hope is the MT5 but you'll need some aftermarket brake pads for it to perform on par with the Hope on stock pads. Definitely wouldn't go with a larger disc than 160mm on a mod.
  22. How to ride: 1. Buy a bike 2. Ride it Most SM's get stuck at 50% completion. But mathematically speaking 0.5 rounds up to 1 so we're all excellent riders too.
  23. Unless something has changed, the Neon Bow headset uses 45/45 bearings so the ones from an Echo SL headset (and many many others) will fit.
  24. Is it possible that the Carthy angle can f**k up your wrists in the long run? I remember being able to hop on the rear wheel with a broken wrist without much trouble on a normal setup, but the Carthy angle was a compete no-go. This suggests it forces the wrists into a very unnatural position?
  25. What other video was that first tune in? It's killing me. Aurel / TRA / AndyT? We probably are but that's because we're old farts. In 10 years time youngsters will be saying the same thing about the 2025 riding style. That is unless trials ditches wheels and brakes for a carbon fibre stick with cranks and a handlebar somewhere along the way
