  1. Quick one from a silly get up today for Wayne
  2. Do this without a question of a doubt. I've had someone try and do this to me but i'm IT aware/savvy so didn't fall for it. They use the fear to scare people into doing what they want them to, many people will do almost anything when they are told something bad will happen especially if it is an area they are not confident enough to dispute/investigate themselves, and once they have access to the pc/laptop to 'fix it', they can do pretty much anything they want. No idea what they actually do but wouldn't suprise me if they install something similar to the recent CryptoLocker virus that has been going round as this way they have a financial motivation for a later date.

    Films!?

Took daughter to watch that on Wednesday, quite enjoyed it. So many references to The Matrix, which happens one of my favourite films Enders game is good, I can imagine it being a straight out you like it or dont like it, I really liked it
  4. This is the key word, lots of it. I remember when I first started trials about 16 years ago, took me forever to learn to do this but the hardest thing to do before that was hold it on the back wheel without hopping backwards. Learn to find your balance point so that you can balance on the rear wheel and hop on the spot as this is key, if you can't do this then practice it first. Then as Hippy has said lower your front end a bit and start slowly kicking your pedal, I seem to remember I found it easier to roll a little bit, like a wheely from static but only a few inches, then eventually started adding the hops onto low kerbs .etc., over time get bigger and bigger
  5. What type of fitting on the rear sprocket is it, screw on or slide on with splines? Should should be able to get a bigger sprocket for the rear and a front with a ratio to match (I use 22 front 19 rear, old school ratio but have always used that and it works for me)

  7. You really have to ask - do you think it's ok?
  8. I know exactly how you feel, I had about 8 years off before getting back on a bike mid last year, only ridden a handful of times and it is bloody hard work every time - hardest part is things that were really easy before, are now the most difficult of lines to do.
  9. http://zombieexperiences.co.uk/ - few of them around I think but you get the idea
  10. Leave it in car every time, only thing in my pocket is my car key. On a similar but separate note I did make the mistake once of leaving my wedding ring on, noticed after i'd started riding so too it off and put it pocket safely looped around ribbon on keys, that came partly loose without me noticing, took keys out of pocket when went back to car for a drink and wedding ring fell onto floor without me noticing, eventually found it about 20 foot away from car....was thinking about faking my own death and running away at that point rather than tell the wife i'd lost my wedding ring.
  11. What's wrong with that, that's what I say every morning.
  12. Dunno, I'll check with the wife to see if this causes her any problems too
  13. Think I may have worked it out eventually. Had to go into command prompt as administrator, diskpart, automount enable - seems to have solved it for now.

    Films!?

Watched Gravity last night, not amaaaazing but wasn't bad. Did make me glad to have 2 feet firmly on the ground.
  16. William Roche Ian Brady Fidel Castro Stephen Hawking
  17. Shit the bed, seen Jack ride so many times and it looks like he isn't even trying most of the time, just amazing to watch. Danny wasn't bad either - awesome riding all round, bikes look pretty sweet to ride.
  18. Interesting idea but can't see it working, would much rather get out on my bike and ride or lift some weights/go for a run. And "EXPLOSIVE STRENGHT", at least spell it right, please.
  19. Magura Louise caliper, been years since I bled brakes and took a few goes to get right, after a bit of advice from the god of tarty it is now bled to the point it's too good, instand bike with 5mm of lever move.
  20. As above the one above the one above^^^ I don't sell much, but anything I have sold has seen most action in the last few minutes, it's how it works.
  21. You have as I thought of the very same thing, http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/183771-zoo-pythong-spliting-echo-tryall-etc-look-in-great-parts-swap-24-xc-or-dh/ Although not sure what lever body he has so will need to check if right
  22. If you think about, I bet there are people who die regularly in connection with the creation/provision/facilitation of the things we take for granted every day, let along the things we are passionate about. Perhaps a different way to ask the question (as the hoe above said) is would you give up something you are passionate about if it meant someone else would continue to live, albeit with a low quality of life, reduce your own quality of life so someone else can simply just 'exist' instead of living. It might sound heartless and I don't mean it to as that is not the way it is intended, but IMO the planet has an overpopulation problem, not due to space but due to resources .etc. The planet can only sustain so many people, that and countries can only provide for (jobs, financials .etc.) so many people, so by having more and more people alive means the quality of life for more and more people is being reduced ever so slightly because of all of this, making the gap between the 'rich' and everyone else greater and greater. I may be talking absolute nonsense and lots of people will surely have a different opinion, but that's exactly what it is, an opinion, which can be changed with another viewpoint.
  23. Tried that, no change, it'll do it regardless of what I got plugged in, it's as it won't auto play when plug them in
  24. One thing my current PC been doing recently is when I plug in a USB stick or harddrive .etc., it doesn't auto play. I have to go to disc management and on the disc/stick select 'Change Drive Letter and Paths' and force it to use a path, any ideas as it's getting annoying.
