Do you get any sideways movement with the front bracket like that? A drilled gusset would eliminate it if you did and could look really neat. Had a sneaky feeling there would be more pics on RR and I was right!

I get the feeling there wouldn't be any point in fitting the a lower spec/standard engine in there. It's not what Oli wanted and it would let the rest of the car down to as you say. Plus the point isn't to build it to get it moving, it's to build it to what Oli wanted.

Your rad cap could be busted, just venting out all your coolant as vapour. I need to keep topping mine up, not as often as you, but thats what I suspect mine to be.
