I've just used up a little voucher I had for Google Adwords which I got when I signed up for my web hosting and I thought that there must be a load of those about... I thought there'd be no harm in finding out on here whether there's anyone who has a voucher but would never use it - If you have then I'll gladly take it off your hands and be massively grateful. I'm confused? google own this forum and charge us 1p per 10 words typed, thats why alot of us dont talk too much on here, unlike you who im worried for (hope you got a spare bike to sell ). There's loads of ways to do it, you can pay to be on the lists for certain times of the day, pay per clicks, pay to get on the sponsored list on the right, all via using key words i believe (and possibly another way) so if you sold tv's, you would choose key words, words that would get you the closest to a match with whoever is searching. So you would possibly choose, television, tv, sony, panazonic, lcd, plasma, HD etc (you can pay for as many as you like but its about streamlining i guess) gotta get inside the mind of the consumer, there are companies who specialise in adwords. btw, i know im roughly right with this description but i wont be suprised if a few people correct me or add on to this, as ive only seen my friends shop and my old job use it and try and explain it to me. ....35ishp down the drain Edited June 8, 2010 by arw_86 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

One of those easy to learn, difficult to master vocations. It's also what my business is built on, so hopefully I know a bit but I'm trying to do some experiments to put my theory into practice - hence the blagging topic!
