Yeah but if you watch most people that are at the top of their game, there's a huge preload, phase of flying upwards and extending, and then the tuck at the top.

Seems to me cls has a much more developed tuck than the rest of it.

Compare cls with Pavel or Damon, it's really prominent.

Might be a result of their muscle development. If cls generates more power from the top of his legs than he does lower down.

It's all bullshit anyway, he still goes massive

Yeah I agree with you

There's a thread somewhere where craig said that he didn't find preloading on sidehops really made a difference to him, he just said something along the lines of "kick hard and reach high"

Works really well for him which is what matters I guess. But it is weird just seeing him fly up a wall without preloading into it first, just flies up it out of nowhere!
