How did you go about doing this?

I had the same dilemma. Wanted to upgrade to a clutch because my 9 speed SRAM X9 mech was humped. The cable kept falling out the guide and the joints were all flimsy. After a search around I ended up just buying new. Went for a Zee mech from Chain Reaction as they were reduced. Picked up a 2nd hand SRAM 11/36 off PB. My mate owed me a favour so gave me a XT shifter then I treated myself to a fancy chain. So all in it was about £75 to upgrade to 10 speed with a clutch. Setting aside some time to fit it all next week

I'm probably known for not being much of a fan of, "do a trick, turn left, go over there and do another trick, turn right, go over there and do another trick", type style. You're obviously a good rider - I respect the individual moves but it seems like your trying to cram as much into the 1 shot as possible of which I dont think theres any need.

What a unit! Cool to see a mega light comp build being flung around the streets like a TGS bike. Good tuck style on those gaps. Very smooth but could be smoother with less set up hops.

Try not to tighten your lever body too tightly to your bar. This way, if your lever hits the ground it'll spin on the bar intead of taking the full brunt of the bash. Have a look at Shimano disc brakes and the way the "servo wave" design works. The power ramps up the further you pull the lever in.

Watched the first 20 minutes of Magic Mike the other night. What has been seen can not be unseen.
