  1. I'm guessing at 0.375. That's assuming you meant to write 4 answers with 2 of them being the same? I'm changing that to 0.25 now, still guessing
  2. Who you ride with has a massive effect on your development as a rider, my intuition says it's about 95% nurture and 5% genes/stuff you're born with..
  3. Up to front at 4:04 was sweet I thought, been relly enjoying your riding recently!
  4. Jack's comment on Gilles' first move of the day.. "The cun* just rolled up it!!"
  5. You say that, but filming clouds only needs a look out the window, think 'oooh there's a nice bit about to happen', point the camera at it, continue doing what I was doing. Took me about an hour to make, cheers though
  6. Megaride happens every year in Plymouth, I'm torn between thinking it's both cool and lame at the same time, oh well enjoy
  7. After last night I like our NHS even more, but have noticed that they need to fill out so many forms just to to the most simple things! These guys are trained paramedics and doctors and it seems they aren't allowed to just use their common sense to get the job done, "too much red tape" the doctor said as it took over an hour to perform a 5 minute patch up
  8. Funnily, I was thinking about this last night, even made a graph.. Seems about right, with most people in the middle, could be applied to the NHS, classrooms, countries ect.. or could be wrong haha.
  9. The government better get straight back to prosecuting bankers after all this is over, and make proper laws to sort out this awful capital accumulation culture. What is Boris Johnson still hanging around with Rupert Murdoch at the Olympics for? f**k sake. However, CityScan is being pioneered by Leicester Uni for the games, it can measure pollutant levels in 3D across the whole of London! What's great is that the area surrounding the Olympics has been pedestrianised, and CityScan has measured a drop of 80% in emissions because of it. This is great evidence that will surely guide decisions in future edit, not warwick, dur
  10. He's got a very nice style, impressive
  11. What an odd situation to be in? that was so dry it was awesome
  12. I noticed you mentioned low back pain too so it was bound to be weak abs. Plank ab exercises, seriously
  13. You need a lot of force to get a proton anywhere near the speed of light, they're massive!! Now, stood at the back of the bus and jump, just as the bus crashes into wall would see you flying
  14. Ooo, what would be nice, a big hammock made of bamboo and hemp, or a beach volleyball net
  15. People are starting to make all sorts of things, I think they use it as scaffolding in China.
  16. I'm in. So... anybody have any land to rent? Can we get bamboo to grow offshore?
  17. Now is a pretty good time for starting a business, there are a whole bunch of emerging/improved markets coming about. I read there is an increasing demand for bamboo and that stuff grows fast!
  18. I did, the answer is... nobody. That's the problem, nobody has a clue what is going on here, we rose from the dirt with all other life forms. When put in this context, we haven't done too badly, but sure there is a long way to go. The 'great' thing about the internet is that you can always find someone saying what you are thinking, whether it's right or not. To be honest, I'm more disappointed about http://designtaxi.com/news/353097/London-Officials-To-Erase-Banksy-s-Latest-Olympic-Street-Art/ but yea it must be shit for those directly involved.
  19. Do you do many situps, abdominal exercises? I didn't for a while and I found that while riding trials, my belly muscles got really tight at the top and migrated up into/put pressure on my chest area causing all sorts of palpitations, chest pain, feeling of imminent death which triggers anxiety which then makes the tightness even worse! After doing some plank ab exercises, I regained some control over my belly again and managed to 'relax it out of my chest', this caused some strange little sharp pains at first with the top of my abdomen spazzing out but now, I can breathe better, have more energy and no more messed up heart beats, yay! This took me ages of going to the doctors for treatments of stomach ulcers and other random things, I was a fat kid and being young and self concious of being fat I remember trying to suck my belly in a lot, which also wouldn't have helped This guy sums it up for me..
  20. Try just using the pedal to bring the front end up a bit, (roughly between 8-18 inches off the floor) then start your bunny hop off that when it feels right.
  21. This is mad, they've been charging me to send to friends since I started an account with them. Strange bureaucrats
  22. Cool! This could potentially save me a lot of dough..
  23. I think this is something anyone can do Say we want to send zeromatt £80.. We get a choice of pay or no pay, my bank account is my debit card so it's qualifies for both. So would Matt get charged the fee instead?
