  1. I will source a box and get back to you
  2. I would be happy with £50 plus postage. A 10 speed cassette will fit fine, as long as it’s not a SRAM XD cassette.
  3. @MadManMike Do you want to make me an offer? I haven’t thought about a price, as I was going to hang on to them as a spare set for my mtb.
  4. Dug them out. Unbranded hubs, but has got mavic rims. A box would be my next problem.
  5. I've got a set. Nothing special, but they are a matching pair in good condition. You will have to bare with me for a few days, for me to dig them out. They are stored away and I am super busy at the moment.

    Ali C Vlog

The fact that they got control of your account so easily is absolutely shocking, for a company like Google. Did you have 2FA turned on for your account? Edit: I don’t believe that a company like Google, would save unsecured passwords in cookies. Are you sure that you weren’t a victim of a phishing attack earlier on? And then maybe they needed more info and contacted you after they already knew your password?
  7. I used to buy and sell a bit of tech stuff as a side hustle. I would for example, buy a broken laptop cheap on Facebook, fix it and sell it on ebay. iPads were something that I made the most money on, usually profit in the triple figure region. But I guess other people in the area started doing it, as broken stuff started selling really quickly and for higher prices. So I threw in the towel.
  8. Clair de lune is my personal favourite

    24" tyres

I use the double fighters on my commuter/road/light off-road bike, and they are terrific for that purpose. However, they are just too small to even be considered for street trials use.

    Hope rotors

I had the same issue with an Aztec rotor, which had more empty space then metal. It also seemed to be wearing my new pads down rapidly, so I changed to a more solid rotor and all was good.
  11. I somewhat disagree. Right before the officer fired his gun, he had a taser aimed at him. If he was to be incapacitated, the assailant could have also taken his firearm. He had to make split second decision to potentially save his life, as well as others.
  12. It has definitely been worn away. Those groves might still be deep enough to undo it with the correct tool, if you are careful. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cycle-Bottom-Bracket-removal-tool-for-Truvativ-ISIS/142737280206?epid=1062451980&hash=item213bce0cce:g:k~QAAOSwYq5baxiv
  13. Yes, the other side needs to be unscrewed as well. Drive side is opposite thread (clockwise to loosen).
  14. Project cars 2 was free on xbox games with gold recently. I downloaded it at the time, but haven't played it yet.
  15. I used to change my chain annually. But now it's every 2 or 3 years, since my trials bike gets ridden all of 5-10 times a year. Chains aren't expensive. I would rather buy 2 chains a year, then snap one.
  16. I run Shimano Zee up front (203mm) and a Deore on the rear (180mm). It has been "fit and forget" reliable and consistent. Although I'm not a super hardcore rider and I am pretty light weight. I've been really impressed with my Shimano brakes. All three of my bikes have them. They haven't been mentioned, but stay away from Sram brakes!

    Covid19

I think there is a lot of confusion about the guidelines. My dad told me that he got shouted at by a young tractor driver, for riding his bike on a rural road, a couple miles from home. The guy took pictures of him on his phone and said he was going to report him to the police. My dad laughed, blew kisses for the camera and told him to f*** off.
  18. Did a full service on my Rockshox Revelation forks today. First time I have ever done any work on suspension and everything went smoothly. Very happy with that, as it saved me £100 by not having to send them off to be done by tftuned.

    Covid19

I saw an article earlier about the sharp fall in things like people being diagnosed with cancer. The fall out of this situation is going to be massive, in so many ways.
  20. @James.Parr Having experience with 3D printers, I don't think they are up for the job. Unless for display only. I wonder if Ashton's supplier still have the molds. How awesome would it be if there were a limited production run of replacement seats?
  21. It’s nice to see that frame being used again. It had been in storage for a long time. Build is looking good!
  22. I can send an ever so slightly bent one to you, if you want. Postage on me.

    Covid19

The benefit of fresh air and exercise outweighs the potential for injuries, in my opinion. I’ve had more trips to A&E from stupid everyday accidents, then cycling related injuries. I wouldn’t encourage high risk riding, but I think going out on our bikes is a good thing.

    Covid19

I've been avoiding news about this, thinking "Here we go again. Another virus that is going to wipe humanity out, that goes around every 3-5 years". But there seems to be more of a cancel everything, batten down the hatches attitude this time. What's different?
