Erm they are actually not that bad it seems i wasn't keen on buying them at first but didn't want to run 170mm tr cranks. I think they're updated from the first ones that ripped apart as the holes are more round in the corners of the cut outs. Thanks for the comments

Yo filmed from the last couple of rides out nothing special https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=X7XFd6yVZRU
  6. Yea when I started trials one of the first weeks riding a monty with flat bars i injured my wrist that much from the flat bars I couldn't ride for around 2 weeks
  7. Should of found out the spacing before buying them then! Ptfe tape will sort out your bleed bolt though
  8. Yea just see if a echo headset wedge would work with that top bearing that would probably get it near flush
  9. Oh yes sorry my mistake! Thanks for the correction
  10. Or just run a m6 tap in both ends of the qr axle
  11. Attempting to cut down a headtube on a czar Ivan as the headtube was massive and my steerer was short......
  12. Best i had was a guy say 'there's gonna be blood! I'm off!' Best i had was a guy say 'there's gonna be blood! I'm off!'
  13. Yea I've checked my sl's I got from tarty in September they have smaller holes in them than the first batches.
  14. I bought echo sl not to long ago and I weigh the near side of 15 stone. I remember seeing the photo of the snapped crank but remember somebody saying burton had ran them fine for a while so that's why I took a chance getting a pair plus my trial-tech sl's were crap for frame and slave clearance. Can somebody find the topic with the snapped crank again as I have a suspicion that maybe the hole size is bigger maybe on the first ones and maybe has more square corners?
  15. Front rims a rear rim and the hubs don't match?
  16. Your right but if there's enough threads you could use a crank bashring spacer and screw your trialtech sprocket on ?
  17. Just got the new frame this week, gone for the semi stealth with health and safety brakes
  18. Pound land superglue and decent toe nail clippers to trim before every ride. My hands hurt after 3 days riding whereas before one day was my maximum with torn segs.
  19. I always do that trick of either having no spacers or trimming them and the bolts down, hasn't been done yet as I have no mounted vice
  20. A chain is not a part to skimp on and a decent mid/lightweight chain should be changed 3-6 months. if it's lasted since February £12 is well worth paying for either a replacement of what your running or a tank like chain(if it fits)
