I actually follow 'fifty6 Fridays', although it's not actually anything to do with Fridays.. I find it works remarkably well on Mondays (unless you're at the gym) As this has turned into a self-promotion thread, why not check out my Starred Playlist ? I find anything with a reasonable beat works in the gym, songs I know and don't focus on listening to mainly.

That is not the 'ultimate gym win' playlist, far from it actually. I rate a good amount of the music you've listed, but do The Strokes motivate me to lift heavy sh*t? No. Does Florence and The Machine's gentle song about love give me any kind of energy? Not really no. Out of interest why are you trying to make your playlist 'popular'? You don't benefit from people following it at all, a small ego boost possibly. Isn't that something like saying, 'how do I get this Facebook status full of my opinions more likes?'

Do you really think David Beckham likes his signature after-shave? Or that Victoria Pendleton ( orAli C ) really enjoy/drink Gatorade when they train? Same with nearly all product endorsements really- you're paid to do the job not to like the product.

With the CX300ii's having a cable that's longer on one side so you have to run it behind your neck is much better than riding with regular earphones, as you don't constantly rip them out. I can't see how headphones would be any more likely to stay on than earphones though? Edit: nothing there is relevant, my bad. I've heard good things about the AKG K451 and Sony MDR-V55, but how suited to riding they are I don't know.

How is the forum to verify age anyway? What stops anyone from making an account saying they are 25 when they are actually 14 (and a d*ckhead)? Realistically, you can normally tell if someone is serious about what they are selling my the time they take on the for sale post and their communication. 'Got a sik onza rip 4 sale, rly good condition few scratches call me' for example, isn't likely to be a trustworthy seller. If you're at all skeptical about a sale- simply don't buy it. I don't think narrowing the amount of people who are allowed to sell will help the situation, and would very likely dramatically reduce the volume of people on this forum whilst possibly not even having an effect on the number of successful sales at all.

I highly doubt this is true, they wouldn't just give out information like that if they aren't sure they are talking to the right person (assuming they are a legit claim company) If they aren't legit, they are f*cking with you to get you interested- I bet they will tel you money is ready to be claimed in your name too!

Not a completely nerdy question, but I've just acquired a copy of Office for mac 2011 and using it on a retina mbp- and it looks absolutely terrible. Is anyone else using tis software with a retina display and can shed some light onto whether it's the copy I've got or simply that the software is not made with retina displays in mind- as it looks completely normal on a 2011 mbp.

Not sure what to make of this, couldn't work out if this was something Russell Brand was actively involved in, or something he simply saw happening and put his face to. Seeing a few interviews with protesters, some seem to be level-headed and want a fairer democracy and to be better represented. But after watching the videos of the rioters, I think a small fraction of them stand for something and the great majority joined in either to be part of a 'super cool anonymous 4 chan takeover' or to 'give it back to police' being aggressive and violent which completely devalues their protest imo.

I cannot stand this, to the level where phones are put on silent on a shelf unless actually needed. Especially having a meal, doesn't matter if it's out in a restaurant or at home with family- you don't look at your phone.

This is exactly true, you're only going to make things more confused if you don't put it straight out there that you're not game for whatever she's after. You probably shouldn't consider any previous suggestions if you want her to still like you at all, and not think you're a bell.
