  3. I used to drink 4-5 monsters daily until they made me violently ill from the non-verbal end. Now I'm down to only a few as I barely sleep, for comps though I'd steer clear as you'll get the crash after about 45-60mins (avg 30mins to enter your system, 15-30mins for it to wear off.) Despite the rush dissipating in such a short time, caffeine can still f**k up your sleep for up to 8hours after.

  6. If It's on O2 I've been told that they're doing something with their transmitters. Don't hold me to this though as it's only a rumor. I also have the 3gs on O2 and have experienced signal drops, massive gains, having full signal and 3g and piss poor Internet. My guess would be the transmitters.

  9. There are adaptors but they're pointless. Vee's can be as good as Maggys if set up properly and many people prefer them because vee's have more hold. *awaiting Ali C's wall of text*

  16. Your diet is ok atm, keep in mind that pork is stupidly high in saturated fats. If I'm on a cut I have oats for breakfast, a fruit smoothie for lunch and something with chicken in it for dinner. I also take in about 100g of protein through super low fat whey.

  18. I abide by this rule, they get 3 chances, if they continue to hit me with intent to harm then theres no reason why they shouldn't get a smack back. As a "politically correct" country I see not hitting them after their warnings as sexist and viewing woman as weaker than men... Thats my excuse anyway.
  19. A low carb ketogenic diet has no benefits over a high carb non-ketogenic diet. You can stick to 1-2 glasses of water a day if you eat plenty of fruit / veg. (I'll have a look for the article that explains why theres no point to drinking all that water.) Also, you want moderately high fats, low saturated fats and roughly 1g of protein per pound of your over all weight. Buy a set of dumbbells, get cheap secondhand ones from ebay / gumtree and do as many of these exercises as possible. Edit* Try taking Acai, Multivitamins and Fish Oils (not cod liver, cod liver oil is full of all the off cuts). This should keep you going for a while.   20. I've never felt a decent rear bb7 'cos the longer cable seems to feel spongey. Edit* 160 front and rear for a mod is more than enough. Dont some mods actually use 140's?
