  1. I like the way he lies down for a nice relaxing can of red bull at the end.
  2. This is pretty important to me (and hopefully you), as the NHS and parliament seem to be making more and more changes to the NHS service that are going to mean even worse service. I'm mainly concerned about privatisation, and there are very influential people pushing for it. So some people have been campaigning very hard and now have the NHS willing to create a Civil Society Assembly. This basically means that we will have a group of normal people like you and me who will help keep the NHS in our control, and we can speak to them and they will hold votes about changes etc.. On monday there is a meeting to see if it will go ahead, they need people to show interest otherwise we could loose it all (and eventually probably the NHS.) Please fill out this survey, (takes about 2 mins , 11 questions mostly yes/no): https://secure.38degrees.org.uk/meeting-with-NHS-England
  3. I've had a similar problem, on mine the dropout bent slightly because the axle isn't in properly and the inside of the dropout looses metal because the axle keeps slipping; this lead to the tension never being correct to hold the hub. Its worth trying a couple of mm aluminium washers either side of the hub to increase its width, you can get a pack of 20 off ebay for about £1. Mines been awesome since I put them in. Just make sure your inner diameter fits the axle bolt size.

  7. I use ADM's at the moment, I've found they're great in the wet, if anything they work better in wet for me. They seem to be better on a duller grind too, they slip a lot for me on a fresh grind. Also they're worse than other pads in cold weather. I think LGMs and Heatsink Yellows are better for bite, I preferred yellows over LGMs overall. I find ADM are better for a modulated feel. But I am riding street and using an Atomlab pimp rim.
  8. If you pay by paypal; ebay always give you your money back its insured, just read the rules carefully and follow them (don't leave any feedback on ebay for the seller). It will take 21 days until ebay can get involved and issue a refund. If the item is lost in the post the seller should refund you and claim the money from royal mail, if they don't ebay will give you the money and pursue the seller themselves.
  9. massive, cant wait for number 2!
  10. Okay, Ill just go out and try it. I've got a feeling this will take ages.
  11. The carbon protectors aren't edged properly and scratch up your frame when they move around its really annoying. Like isitafix says they are normally stuck with double sided foam tape. If it has been glued on with epoxy it will be okay that carbon stuff is mega strong, Also mine makes a similar change in tone where it get close to the bb, its just stiffer there.
  12. Yeah as for the front pivots, its just balance, but you need to start smaller. Check out 'rocking' at 5mins in in that video, that forms the basis for pivots, and will get you into rear wheel moves easier, plus a lot of trials stuff including pivot ups. Also check out the rockwalk i guess this is a move that you are thinking about doing, its at 42mins in. BMXers also do a brakeless version.
  13. I'm not actually going brakeless but this has always looked interesting. So I tried it today and I can pull up but only hover for a fraction of a second. Can anyone shed any light on this this works and what it supposed to feel like ? Do I just lean forward slightly and press the front pedal ?? Also what is the name of this move in BMX ? I see some guys do it as a stall on the ledge in parks

    Weekend group ride

    good vid, enjoyed that!
  15. This video is really good to learn, it has most of the techniques: Learn hopping and rocking, and these will help with you rear wheel hops: rear wheel hops are at 12:20 http://www.24video.net/video/view/1126142
  16. By 180 endo do you mean pivots? There is a website called trashzen that is good if you havent seen it. As for rear wheel hops, they are easier when you work out why you cant hold them. To lift the front wheel make sure you pull back and not up. Your weight will be right over the back wheel. IF you pull up you will fall down straight away. Some people use a pedal kick to raise the front wheel. Also some people place their front wheel on a park bench and rock backward to learn to hop. For me pulling a small endo then pulling back gave me the best results. In the rear wheel hop position you will be slightly more stood up than a manual, the more stood up you are the more unbalanced you are, but you will also be more nimble and more able to hop. Its worth doing on grass so that you can fall off the back of the bike more comfortably, this will allow you to pull back more confidently. Once you can get to the back wheel; try balancing and not hopping, then when you feel like you are going to fall hop to stay balanced. Hopping for the sake of it didnt seem to get me any progression. Hopping backwards is easist to start as it will stop you from dropping the front wheel. Then as i say use your other directions to stay balanced, try and aim to hop to places or stay on a particular spot. It takes some patience but you will definitely get there.
  17. he looks massive on that bike ha ha

  19. Random song choice, but really cool riding and creative lines dude
  20. looks really nice, loving the look of those cranks with that setup. What geo did you go for ?
  21. in twenty years time 10k will be worth less than it is now as it doesn't track inflation. If you understand investing you can grow 1mil into to multiples over ten years, on the other hand you could just loose it all by being a tard.
  22. its so cool to see someone riding natural like that, loved it.
  23. sweet riding, liked the music choice too.
