Dude, you should know by now that its way too much hassle roaming around central london on saturdays. too many tourists, security, police. police have powers to fine, arrest, and crush your pride & joy into scrap metal. saturdays a no, no, sundays a go, go. ps, the pics ive posted, you wont get that hassle period (except the woolwich site on saturdays)

Dont need new grips but what the hell. ill enter monday as i need a new 160mm rotor.

Good luck in learning to ride that thing because the bb height is one of the highest on the market...if not the the highest! how the hell Damon Watson managed to get use to riding that beast in anger in such a short time is amazing dedication to riding a 60+bb.

Or if you fancy something a little bit easier with one or two techy and biggy stuff, then this one in near Plumstead Station has some interesting lines. one of a few that i tried to get Neil Tunnicliffe down during his week long time in london docklands.The right pic (for more technical trialsters) is 5mins from Woolwich Arsenal station and 10mins from the plumstead site. this one can only be ridden on sundays to avoid security/community police.

Lewisham is tame, specifically the two illustrated locations during the day time. sundays are fine for riding, its only friday saturday nights you wanna say well clear. anyway the locals (very very rarely seen at the estate) youths wont think to bother me as them know ill take them out. Nearest tube is either New Cross gate, or New Cross with a little 10-15min ride to lewisham. as i said before, sunday morning/afternoons are fine but friday saturday evenings is a no no...unless you carry a knife, gun, or do martial arts!

Or you can do a little climbing on this mega structure (left pic) which is in the middle of a roundabout in the lewisham town centre. so everyone will see you unfortunately. Or detour towards north side of the greenwich Cutty Sark (near canary wharf) and tackle this gap monster. Tim.R managed 11 out of 14 logs before he was worn out.Or try this insane line over the river thames (far right pic canary wharf again).

20mins train from london bridge to lewisham station. 7-8mins ride up lewisham rd (northbound) to lethbridge close, near sparta st (london A-Z map). there are three other spots in the area. Hopefully around mid july-august. give riders some time to plan after Big Leeds ride on sunday 1st july 2007.

TrialsnTrials (Hugh Barker) is the man for kent riding spots. he had some awesome pics of natural terrain a while ago. if only he informed us how to get there.

Again, no one bothers to invest the time in taking a decent pic of their proud and joy in daylight.

It would be nice if members took the time to take a quailty pic of their proud and joy. so many nice rigs on this page, but members taking lame pics in either poor light or lame camera angles. this is why i just bumped my post...as an example to all. you dont need a flashy SLR camera, just decent light and angle.

Can we checkout Elephant & Castle (pic below) site (head down Borough High st, continuing onto Newington Causeway, then past the leisure centre onto Newington Butts on your right about 15mins trials pace from london bridge station) before we roam elsewhere? ps, its expected to rain later in the afternoon/evening. how certain it will hit central london is not clear. think im getting the hang of posting more photos. just quite cant figure out how to post a load of them at once.

Well the site seems genuine. get the newer frame models because there are so many riders with the slighty older frames. make up your own mind and be happy with it.

So this is the dude behind Adamant, Echo, Zoo, and GU trials components and gear. he must be pretty wealthy by now considering his gear out sells virtually everything on the current trials marketplace. i think we all would love to know his favourite current ride and gear...unless of course hes got all of his creations in his house/mansion.

Dont think i can make this ride, gotta go to visit family in the afternoon plus the Grand Prix is on. cant miss that now that Lewis Hamilton is leading the championship race.

Yeah i pretty much gathered that after i stopped by greenwich Cutty Sark, awaiting for nazz to call until 8pm. Would have been nice if nezz could turn up for tomorrows london ride but, with his land rover commitments it looks highly unlikely. then again, i think its wise for nezz not to risk further injury with his cracked rig (i think its his zoo fork) on attempting a big drop near canary wharf (off a bridge i think according to nezz. should have it in my photo bucket somewhere). Oh well, still plenty of british summer left for nezz to make a london trip once i get my photo stuff sorted. the netcafe where im logging in now, an i.t guy comes round later in evening to help and pass on some i.t knowledge. im gonna get him to sort this photo stuff out for me. hopefully!
