Those pics are stylishly captured, are you sure your mate is not a pro? get him to put them up in colour. oh yeah, the riding is good.
-
Damn i wish i had. esspecially now knowing that a 33-1 horse had won the race. im i gutted i think so.
-
Shoulnt matter as long as your technique is dialled.
-

Onza Sticky Finger's Or Maxxis Creepy Crawler's?

020 8504 5033 Wades Cycles, if want a deal on TryAll Tyres. One of the uk top downhill bike shops got sent a load of TryAll trials gear by mistake, and Justin (owner) will offer a deal to all first come, first serve trials riders until entire stock is cleared. Justin cant be asked to go through the aggro of sending everything back, so check it soon. -
Wades Cycles, one of the uk top dedicated downhill/street/dirt jump bike shops, got sent a load of trials gear (TryAll rims, 108 freewheels, stems, bars, tyres, White Industries ENO freewheel) by mistake from their regular distributor of street bike gear. Justin (owner) will give you a deal rather than deal with the aggro/hassle of sending everything back, so check them out. its basically first come, first serve basis. i picked up an ENO freewheel for sixty quid. give Wades Cycles a call on 020 8504 5033. whilst stocks last!!

Im more keen to see them in their Gunmetal colours range, as that would be interesting look on a frame.

Awesome vid. the bullet-time motion capture during the gap jump was clever using two cameras. that bridge ride was insane, though id like to have seen the one Martyn Ashton rides in MBUK mag last year i think. helmet cam pics was cool.

Drink more water to keep your trials muscles hydrated and less sugary drinks/foods. bananas are also good for keeping your muscles elastic, but again dont mad on them. it also helps to warm up via stretching as this prepares the muscles for any physical activity that stresses them.

Wow! awesome riding pics buddy(Good enough to be desktop images ). i love the one with your tongue hanging out . that is one awesome location for us londoners looking for natural ridng spots within easy reach via train. try and scout more location pics for a big group ride session in the summer. oops silly me, summer is here already

Well until khe send out some hubs for riders to test, well never know how good/bad the hub is. Freecoaster technology has come a long way to this point. its already being tested on the bmx street scene and with todays bmx street being so technical, the hub pick up in bmx is just as important as trials. well just have to watch this space!
-
Has anyone tested them yet? apparently you can adjust the pick-up to one of 3 positions. at the moment this hub is considered for street/park use with its 11t driver, though it might interest riders whom prefer to do more rolling up and down urban stuff. Too early to call on weather or not this hub will eventually make it to the trials scene. time will tell. cant find a pic to post.

I think we call all agree that if these brakes were the same price as HS33, they would sell like hot cakes. Very nice looking product but im not in a hurry to get one. ill just wait it out over the next 7-8 months like everyone else.

Does anyone on this forum own a Middleburn hub(specifically the titanium model), and if so what are they like? Was on the US forum last week and viewed a pic of a cracked hope stem. lucky, the bars were still held together by the 3 remaining bolts.
-
You cant get the magnesium V12/titanium axle combo as had to get mine as separate. and yeah the ti axle rrp is usually £50, so thats a bargain in my book. V12/ti combo would be more durable. i remember when my local halfords made simular price errors on mtb gear in the past. fully kitted up Kona/Stinky for £100, and some mtb dvds at 99p. Naturally we bought out the stock before they realised the price error

nice video but you need to relax more on the bike. only hop when you need too. otherwise some good lines there mate. cheers rudi Yeah ill second that comment

25-27psi. any lower psi and you cross onto more technical natural riding, any higher would put towards street for rolling, spinning, jumping stuff. your bodyweight makes a difference as well. trial and error is the general thumb rule.

Whats the latest update on this vid happening?
-
Dont sweat it, just an oversight on the R&D front. im sure that when you guys develop the 2nd generation tensile headset, the headset cups will be high as the ChrisKing steelset that press a full inch into the headtube, that would be the perfect funtional trials headset. guess we all just gonna have to watch this space!

Noobie Question, What Can I Shave Off To Lower My Bikes Weight?
Rusevelt replied to Davetrials's topic in Trials Chat
23lb and you want it lighter! do some trials specific free weights training to increase your riding power. if you cant hold your bike out with one hand, arm stretched, then your weak dude. focus on increasing your riding power which is far more important sheding weight off a bike thats light enough. my old OnzaTrex is 27lb and when i tried out Ryan Leechs bike at CycleShow 2006, i couldnt believe how heavy the thing was yet look at what he can do on it. broke the sidehop record on it last year. thats power and technique for yah. -
Im still dumdfounded as to how a hub made from a solid billet of machined alu can just snap clean. would be interesting to see the science behind that like on CSI (Crime Scene Investigation). the last time i rode with you in london, you were using a red Pro hub, how come you switched to Pro2. or im i confusing with your trials comedy partner on the black Ashton? i forget his name.

Damn thats unfortunate to happen to Antonio, esspecially working in a dangerous environment where english language/comunication is a MUST for ones own safety. anyway to cut the long story short, i can help out with some cash though im working throughout this weekend till tuesday. call/text or pm me so we can arrange to meet up and i can donate the cash to you in person.

Wow! if these rims are lazer cut, then the stress on these rims shouldnt be any greater than any trials specific rims because lazer cutting is least stressful than drilling. and im sure though not certain, that these rims are put back the oven for heat treatment after being lazer cut. because as we all know that when you manipulate with alu either by twisting, cutting, or shaping the material, you to put the finished product back in for heat treatment so that the alu molecules return to its original strength integrity. Cool looking rims. i reckon it wont be long before someone makes a rim tape containing leds(Light-emitting-diodes) to light up your rims at night. now how cool would that be!
