@Ross McArthur I haven't had the time to ride it properly yet, but the back brake seemed ok when i was just pissing about outside. I will give it a proper ride at the weekend. Fork coments taking on board after I had a bit of a cry. I have my inspired forks still, so I can have a bit of a play. @Pete.M I have 2 sets myself. Cheer anyway.

@Ross McArthur No worries. A 90 x 35 stem will probably help more with my limited steerer length anyway. Then I may look into changing the bars if needed.

Has to be one of my favourite videos so far this year.
-
Nearly Finished now. Need a higher stem on it and am debating whether to put a front brake on it or not. Also mega happy that 20:15 gear ratio allows a tensionerless setup.

How are people rating the Contis on rocks?
-
@Ross McArthur I probably should have. Didn't think about it at the time.

Would a motor bike chain not be too big to fit on normal bike sprockets?

I live so close, but I have never been to bone hill.

@Ross McArthur It's only the seat, back tyre and crank arms from the old picture that is actually going to be used. Frame and forks will hopefully be painted this week. I won't be going all out with the graphics though as originally planned. I want that stem of yours for this bike too.

2 years later and this project is finally going somewhere. Should be a finished build in a couple weeks.

It's going to be my next show to watch.

I would be interested in the back wheel and possibly some other bits, if you decide to sell and split it.

I hate having to wait 1/4 of a riding videos length to actually get to see some riding. I wish people would stop trying to make little, "funny" skits and just get on with it. But then, I am a grumpy f**ker. Riding was good, when it got to it.

Apparently people are walking out into roads, getting hit by car and even getting robbed by being lured into isolated locations because of this game.

By quit, I wonder if the mean sacked with some dignity.

@CurtisRider I have always had a soft spot for older Porsches. How are the running costs and living with it?

I think it is done with items 2, 5, 6, 8 and 10 http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/hoses_and_fittings/hope_hose_spares/c598p10808.html

What percentage of this council have I had the opportunity to vote for? I don't want a vast amount of people that I don't get to vote for or even know who they are, governing me. Countries should govern themselves, with their own people's interests in mind. A free trade union is fine, but this large scale political system is wrong. I don't even think the polical system in our country is very democratic. The number of people voting for a party doesn't reflect the number of seats they get in parliment. The referendum has nothing to do with the house of lords or the monarchy, but I don't agree with them either. David Cameron said that he would respect the will of the people and initiate article 50 in the event of a leave vote. It's only after leave won that he decided to disrespect the will of the people and resign.

I will give you a couple of my reasons. I'm against globalisation. The EU isn't deomcratic and I want to be able to vote for the people who have any impact on my way of life. Economically, the EU isn't doing very well compared to the rest of the world. I'm not a racist saying all imigrants should GTFO, but I do believe we should be able to control who and how many are coming in. We will continue to trade with the whole world. Leaving the EU may even remove some barriers.
-
So much bigotry from the remainers since they lost. And all those young people saying that the older generation have less of a right to vote is sickening.
-
With how close the vote was... I imagine this would have been the same response of the leave people if it went the other way. What a waste of time and money it would be to hold it again. On the speculation that the people who didn't vote, might vote if they had a second chance and vote stay. Or that people will change their mind. Ridiculous. The people who wanted to vote did and we have the result.

"May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears." - Nelson Mandela The people have spoken and democracy won. We will be governed by the people we elect. We will continue to trade with the whole world. We will get our fishing industry back. We can control (not close) our borders. We can determine our own regulations. We can stay out of affairs that we don't want to be involved in. Lets face it, the EU is not in a good economic state itself. And countries outside the EU are doing very well for themselves. It's going to be rocky for a while, as it is a big change. But I for one am hopeful for the future.

Most things, to put it simply.
