I've acquired a lot of material possessions and can no longer rely on friends with small vans to move house, as much as it kills me I'm going to have to use a moving company, has anyone had any experience or recommend a national chain? I'm going to be moving the contents of a one bed house 300 miles ish, so I'm guessing it's going to sting a bit... Cheers for any help guys.

Getting squishy in the mid section, working from home sucks, 25k steps a day down to not much at all is really starting to take its toll. Might have to actually spend some time doing cardio in the gym now *spits*
