So, for some reason I thought it'd be easy to source a couple of 3.6m fence posts for my pull up bar to the point I've already dug a hole for one of them. Now after ringing and emailing nearly every place I could find in the North West, being told I was too far to deliver or they only do 3m lengths, I accidentally phoned a merchants in New Mills (literally 10 mins from my house) I never knew existed who not only have them in stock but they're the cheapest I've found and will happily deliver for a tenner. Was almost ready to propose to the woman on the phone, she is my new hero!

New scoring system was way better than before, took it right to the wire and was interesting as the public vote was almost completely opposite to the judges! Very disappointed at the lack of weirdos this year though the hosts act before the votes were in was quality. I agree though, Ukraine???

What rim and how fresh is the grind? I've found with heatsinks in the past that they're not super amazing on things like Trialtech rims and need regular grinds whereas with echo rims they seem to bed with the grind and work brilliantly.

Cheers boy, need to do something when I'm sat on my arse 12hrs a day at work! Still got a bit of a headache now though I think that might be a good sign that it's possibly trapped nerve related in my cervical spine rather than something serious like a bleed. Will just have to wait and see!

Started getting exertion headaches when I'm really straining at stuff like the gym which isn't a good sign. Been to the doctors and was told my blood pressure was borderline and got to go back next week to have it checked again. As a result I went really steady at the gym this week, only went twice and dropped the weight right back as told but I just tried some pull ups at work and bang, got another one. Just hope it's nothing serious and can be easily rectified!

I cut mine off, have a special tool with a razor blade for shaving them down then use a pumice stone and moisturiser.

The full size Onza's you see 2nd hand aren't going to be ideal for a young girl as they're pretty heavy. I'm not sure what your budget is but could you stretch to £300 for the Onza Tyke? It's the same size as the 207 pretty much just a lot cheaper and is an ideal starter bike. They do very occasionally come up for sale so you might find one 2nd hand but if not then Tartybikes are the ones to speak to. Hope you manage to find something!
