  1. Aircast is what you want dude, I'll find a link...
  2. Cheers boy, need to do something when I'm sat on my arse 12hrs a day at work! Still got a bit of a headache now though I think that might be a good sign that it's possibly trapped nerve related in my cervical spine rather than something serious like a bleed. Will just have to wait and see!
  3. Started getting exertion headaches when I'm really straining at stuff like the gym which isn't a good sign. Been to the doctors and was told my blood pressure was borderline and got to go back next week to have it checked again. As a result I went really steady at the gym this week, only went twice and dropped the weight right back as told but I just tried some pull ups at work and bang, got another one. Just hope it's nothing serious and can be easily rectified!
  4. Makes a proper mess though!
  5. I cut mine off, have a special tool with a razor blade for shaving them down then use a pumice stone and moisturiser.
  6. What is it with Fattys popping up in every thread on here now? Is it some kind of forum easter egg thingy?? Also Jardo, top story though you were missing a baseball cap!
  7. The full size Onza's you see 2nd hand aren't going to be ideal for a young girl as they're pretty heavy. I'm not sure what your budget is but could you stretch to £300 for the Onza Tyke? It's the same size as the 207 pretty much just a lot cheaper and is an ideal starter bike. They do very occasionally come up for sale so you might find one 2nd hand but if not then Tartybikes are the ones to speak to. Hope you manage to find something!
  8. Not sure if they're any use to anyone but got a part worn 29" Maxxis Beaver and Hutchinson Bronson going free just pay postage?

    Films!?

Having a flick through what's coming up at Cineworld and this looks pretty good
  11. Breakout Kings on Netflix, nice easy watching without the need to watch 5 episodes at a time
  12. Slipped walking a cow up the yard this morning and landed on my knee, currently lay on the sofa in absolute f**king agony!
  13. Booked on 12hrs overtime to let an engineering train over a crossing before midnight and then go to sleep, train has now been cancelled so I can go home and still get paid. Winner!
  14. Tryall Stiky on the rear for me, also recommend one on the front if you can find one on here 2nd hand
  15. Bumping this back up as I've just ordered some new trainers, going back to Adidas with a pair of their Terrex Trail Cross SL's which are advertised as being made for trail walking and mountain biking. They've got the good old stealth sole and look tidy. Got a code for 25% off as well, not sure if it still works but it's FRIENDS25 for the AdidasSpecialtySports website. If you go through Quidco you can also get about 9% cashback and an extra tenner back!
  16. Different lever ratio meaning the 7 has more power and the lever is made from different material
  17. I'm sure I read that you need to melt it and rub it on to the rim with a cloth?
  18. In sensible family car news, picking our new motor up on Friday. 1.6HDi Peugeot 3008 Allure, I absolutely hate Pug's normally (except oldskool stuff like 309 GTi's) but the local dealer tend to give stupid trade in prices and with it being 5 mins down the road it makes life easy if anything goes wrong. Looking forward to finally having a tidy, low mileage, cheap to run car!
  19. You boys think HMRC are shit, you want to try working for the Railway. Yet again spent 3 months chasing up missing wages and had to get the North West manager to sort it all out. At least this time it's only £2k I'm owed and not £3.5k like last...
  20. How come you went for the 5's over the 7's? Price?
  21. Yup, it's in the box/paragraph below the one showing all the dates
  22. Nice one, gonna whip the 9 speed XT stuff I've currently got fitted and stick it on my sons Orbea in place of the Alivio gear he's got.
