  1. In Blackpool to see the wife do a half marathon and the weather is unbelievable, even by Blackpool's standards. Also, I've never been anywhere with so much dog shit on the floor before! (assuming it is dog....)
  2. No, I mean the nut on the end. Can't see what purpose it serves being fitted whatsoever. The bolts you linked aren't the right ones as there's no need for the nut though that's not to say they won't fit.
  3. Actually looking again I'm not sure what's going on with your setup? The idea is the bolt I linked to screws through the dropout, I can't understand why the one on yours has a nut on the end though unless it's welded to the bolt in the frame?

  18. Feel rough as f**k. Was supposed to be going to Manchester for a refresher course (2½hrs of sitting around watching videos) but had to jump off the train as I was sure I was about to be sick. No one to give me a lift home so had to walk back nearly 3 miles in drizzle and snow and still feel on the verge of chucking up

Fat 36.6g Carbs 75.2g Protein 82.3g Calories 973 If you want to put some weight on get one of these down a day!
  20. I don't know where Drei hides it. I remember him posting on FB last year that he hadn't done any chest work for months so had a go at flat bench and was pressing about 150kg straight off. b*****d.... EDIT: Could have been the year before, just realised I've been off FB for nearly a year now.
