    Hope Rim Brake

You need me to bleed and set it up, no mushy shite on any of my brakes, ask @trials26 what the racing line brakes were like on my old crewkerz
  2. I've always done it cold, pour water on, ride round with brake on, water on again, ride with brake on, water on again, ride with brake on, let it cool down and clean with solvent brake cleaner. Works everytime for me
  3. It acts like a cutting agent, helps to get the pads flat/keyed to the rotor surface

    The Angry Thread.

I run 55r's, can't fault them at all. The stiffness is something else, absolutely zero flex. That just absorb everything and I think the damping is miles better than rock shox, much better feel and one click really does make a difference
  5. Not as simple as that. Need a disk rear hub, a wheel build and a full set of decent disk brakes. This clarks m2 I have on now is good enough for the front on a massive rotor but it wouldn't be good enough on the rear
  6. 2010 one. Yes it's a 60 click freewheel, feels really solid
  7. Yeah it is. Rode it when it was on the zoot doing trialsy stuff and didn't skip so it's a winner. Feels solid enough like, gave it a clean out and a re oil
  8. Let's restore some balance to those with no seats. New (2nd hand bitsa) build. Because 24" frame, Echo sl forks, remnants of an onza zoot for the rest of it apart from bar, stem and brakes. Wheels and tyres are ludicrously heavy but that can be sorted when funds allow. Back on it again then (groans of yet another Bing bike build). Super cheap, stands me at less than £100 for everything edit: found a brand new maxxis high roller 24x2.5 and some uncut trialtech highrisers for it. A lot lighter now and the riding position is loads better for me. Excuse the photo, Mikey took it just before I dropped the front to kick off the rock
  9. That's impressive cox. You know Neil robbo or myself would have finished that though

    The Angry Thread.

45 b*****d minutes to change two tyres on my cx bike and 1 busted inner tube. Never had a set of tyres so tight to get onto a rim
  11. The polished silver one, well the frame anyway, was formerly mine
  12. I did it for Bernard who's from Southern Ireland. He flew to Leeds/Bradford airport and I drove us down as I live up north. It was cheaper for him to fly to there rather than stansted or East Midlands
  13. No worries. I'll fire you a pm when we get a ride on
  14. I'm in thorne, it's 10 miles form Goole, but I'm in Goole a fair bit, used to live there and I was the only trials rider in that area for a long time. Where abouts are you?
  15. You need a ball end Allen key and a 10mm spanner that's quite a low profile. It's easy enough to do, do drive side first then centre the wheel up using the other side
  16. It's all about the chat and procrastination tha norrs. That and I was nearly always hungover
  17. Haha yeah I do. That's was when Anita was still friends with her on FB and we debated wether to tell you or not. Many a discussion was had with me and neil before you became a full time car fag
  18. I did if I remember rightly. Something along the lines of she wants to get f**ked all over but still have love and cuddles with you. She can't have her cake and eat it or something along those lines
  19. I'll not touch mg-1s again having bent the axles on 3 sets
  20. Mine has done this very thing today, it's wrecked
  21. This. Always ran the tz in like this, warm it up to 60 deg and thrash the f**k out of it. Pistons only last 300 miles on them anyway so you have to ride it like that. Never did it any harm, like the man says, you'd hear if something was wrong anyway
  22. @Pugson Still has his leeson sat in the garage doing nowt, it needs to be built and ridden
  23. Aurelien fontenoy. French long bike rider. Rides with just as much vigour as these boys albeit on a long bike or a mod. Loves an up to front. Nuff said. Between these two and him, trials isn't dying. Only set of riders just recently that look to be genuinely having fun and not in it for the money. Think of that what you will. Crack on boys
