  1. he is involved in an alternative bank. he is profiting off this bullshit. (or lost his marbles. or both)
  2. i did read your post and i thought the 40min version was the short one (kinda says it all what i'm expecting from you here) that is a total bullshit story if i ever saw one (watched only a bit of the shorter video). there is barely anything to find about the bernard guy. the content was produced by a company called "de vrije media" barely anything to find about them, no real impress, only run by two people. you do know the "church of satan" was an artsy joke organization from the beginning? and notice in the bernard-story how he is the hero in his own story? he went through all this just to return a hero and save the world... the one thing one can find about bernard is that he is involved in some kind of alternative bank scheme, which means he will most likely get rich over people who believe his bogus child sacrifice crap. https://deblijeb.nl/over-ons/wie-zijn-blij.html
  3. watched the first 11minutes of the video. there was nothing abnormal in there. literally no one says the financial world is a nice place. already TS Eliot said that april is the cruelest month. was he in on the conspiracy.
  4. i turned the video off halfway. didn't want to sit through a second scene of someone talking in a car. was already pissed off that i had to watch 5min of bragging quotes and fitness center at the beginning. edit: sorry wrongly quoted you ali, can't remove it anymore. hashtagg were the ones with the shitty names
  5. just did it with no prior knowledge. was kinda nervous at first too, but it's really easy. just the one very small torx screw in top. it does not all fall apart. after installation try to keep an eye on the screw for some time. mine almost came loose, because i didn't tighten it enough.
  6. you b*****d! i'd put it on my english, but i'd struggle in german just as much. the angle point (or whatever to call that thing) moves upwards. "take a string & pull" sounds to me like you have a certain length where you grab the string. in my understanding both movement of angle point and string stayed parallel to floor.
  7. ah, ok. that's true too. i was more thinking in terms of the force applied should move parallel to the ground.
  8. "hold the string parallel to the floor and pull" does sound like a fixed height at crank level to me. if you move your string upwards to stay level with the crank, it would of course go up to 90°, but you wouldn't have stayed parallel to the floor (the way i understood it)
  9. i think we are more or less thinking the same thing. if you pull the string parallel to the ground on pedal height, the crank can't go up all the way to 90°. my train of thought was that after the initial movement upwards the crank arm should fall in line with the hypotenuse of a right-angled triangle. hence the crank would move upward as the string got longer.
  10. are you pulling the strung from infinitely far away?
  11. i'd say the crank arm would move few degrees clockwise (hence a tiny amount of forward motion), then the bike would move backwards? if friction was really high, it would not move at all? (not 100% sure i got the initial situation right)
  12. i'm kinda afraid it might get confusing in combination with his neon socks...
  13. don't frozen foods often have information printed on the packaging about how long they stay edible in different (non-perfect) temperature situations? i think they do here. as long as it's less 2 days or so at room temperature, i'd eat it without a single thought. remember you're killing bacteria when heating your food. if in doubt take care it's properly heated through.
  14. really nice looking bike. will there ever be a hs33 version of the alias?
  15. myspace, certainly. (why are we replying to spammers?)
  16. what does that mean? you mean the bars on a 20" are lower than on a 26"? breadth-wise the components are the same
  17. why the hell would a clunkier bike put less limits on somebody?
  18. But that still doesn't say that everything that is ridiculuous must be true... Seriously if the Rothschilds have been running science for last 100 years or so, they deserve every penny they can squeeze out of that and an award on top of that.
  19. are we being ironic here or are you serious? can't tell anymore. what are they supposed to be doing? 'faking history' is just nonsense. history is a science with thousands if not millions of independent people involved- there's no way to fool or bribe all of them. (same goes for medicine btw.)
  20. Like blaming the jews ever solved anything, Mr. Enlightenend...
  21. f**k. probably not going to work. the eagle claw sits way too loose on my jitsie rim to get it inflated. there are also two or so kinks in the bead that don't help at all. edit: now that was a spectacularly annoying mess. in a last ditch effort to get that f**ker to seal i glued the split tube overlap to the tyre and added the tubeless liquid... i'm not trying that again any time soon.
  22. so, tubeless stuff ordered. will try it soon. ghetto tubeless- split tube with overlap glued to tyre. no foam. Schwabble doc blue liquid. very excited.
  23. isn't that more a question of elbow / shoulder positioning?
  24. also after an event you often don't immediately know who' s who. imagine the headline if a paramedic kicked the wrong person in the balls instead of helping, just because a bystander told him bullshit info...
