  1. why? are you wearing a burqini to ride?
  2. great score. xp2 is a c-41 black&white film, which means you can have it developed by any photo lab (it's not suited for homebrew b/w processing). you probably know this already, just in case... also, keep them in the fridge, if you want to extend their storage life.
  3. i had to double check that it's not the image that's mirrored. bmxs occasionally come with LHD. don't for what purpose though.
  4. left hand drive? that's kind of unusual.
  5. i notice that too all the time. when i start out, first try is often pretty good. then i can feel my brain going "what? we're doing that again? no way" and it's all downhill from there.
  6. i really like their decorations department.
  7. my frame does it too. and i always had some problems with correct alignment. i finally watched the tarty vid on snail cams and saw my error: i did not tighten the first bolt before then centering the wheel with the second cam. on my frame (speedrace) i have to do it backwards: tighten the non-drive side first, then center and tighten the chain with the second cam. because the rim is already too far towards the non-drive side otherwise. minimally annoying, but ok.
  8. don't know whether marinos have snail cams, but shouldn't those be able to handle that? when the hub screws are tight everything should be flush anyway.
  9. that blackmetalwarrior is the best thing i ever saw. the pony!! i'm gasping for air!
  10. thanks! 5min of boiling did it. only tiny bits of leftovers at the bottom the insides are exactly the same too. i only have shit glue at the moment, so i'm letting them dry under pressure for a few hours.
  11. yes, they look identical from the outside. but i was kind of afraid that they have a different pattern on the inside. regarding heating: no chance of them melting? a few minutes at 100° / 210F in the oven? or even hotter?
  12. i've had problems with the alignment of my hs33 back brake since yesterday. today i noticed that one plastic backing of my heatsink yellows broke. clean in the middle, into two pieces. i'm going to order alu backings as soon as possible, but this will take at least a week and i want to be able to ride my bike in the meantime. so, i have a pair of old magura pads (black ones, plastic backings as well). should i # try to pry the magura rubbers out (heat up in the oven first?) and put the heatsink rubbers into the magura backings? # just run the magura pads as they are until the new backings arrive? i'm asking you first, because i don't want to ruin the magura pads as well and then be left with no pads at all. can post pics if needed. thanks.
  13. you do realize that Türje =/= Türkye? Türje is in Hungary which is like halfway to Turkey.
  14. i did think the club was in vöcklabruck, hence me poking fun at the nightlife there... i don't think i've ever been there, driven trough once or twice maybe. there is usually not much happening there, but the lakes nearby are really great.
  15. no no, salzburg inner city. never heard of the club. looks like you had fun.
  16. haha, you drove right past my apartement. where was that club? vöcklabruck nightlife must be frightening.
  17. totally. but they could sell it as weight reduction. please, please someone post a pic of complete bike with seat!

  19. our right-wingers are already steering away from an austrian exit! because of the brexit-example. thank you britain!!
  20. thanks @Mark W the only thing that slightly annoys me about my magura 2014 levers is the occasional stuck piston with water (the swelling thing)
  21. is anything already known about water-tolerance with the new TT-levers?
