You shouldn't grease sealed cartridges as the nylon inside is there for this. Some use ptfe based plastic too

i have been using 165mm middleburns for years now been on mod and stock always felt fine. ps have a pair same but 175 too. can't speak about 24" though as never ridden one but im sure it would work fine

because when it snaps as your launching across a gap and you end up as part of the bike youl be glad you didn't wait.

i used to run an xtr vee with homemade carbon booster on mine felt better than maggy but that was years ago before you had the array of choice of boosters now. sweet to see some people still using these legendary frames, just be carefully not to fall or drop them sideways on the downtubes as bats how i killed mine.

went for a backwheel up wall to 6 foot level gap today that i normaly do no probs. did it twice, on the third attempt as i landed the gap my rear brake rolled through leading to gapping to my left asd cheak. feels like an immense grandad but to my ass. quite funny trying to ride after can't do proper smooth peddle strokes and so keep bugging up my balance. feels what i imagine having odd length legs would feel.

Looks a nice improvement from the mini casset set up. I've always found with mine that as long as you keep an eye on the springs and make sure theyre still giving good tension it doesnt slip. Are the springs for the above as expensive as normal ?

congratulations fella. a friend of my brothers wrote a book a year or two back and from what he said the editing to get to the final "ready to print" took bloody ages so another big up. have to get it n have a read. hope you make well out of it and continue.

looks nice fella. i stopped trials a few years ago now and recently back on it. as such i only remember those in the polished finish with stickers so this looks spangly to me. I've got an old cannondale Ashton frame kicking around wish i had the funds to fix up. everyone should have an old school set up just to ride occasionaly to remind you how much nicer to ride modern bikes are to ride.

i remember my last year of High school a load of people were at the local skate park on bmx and a few skaters were sitting in the way of/ more on the grind rail at the side of the jump box. after repeatedly asking them to move with no response a bmxer took flight hit the box and tweaked it perfectly so that one skaters got pegged to the head instantly fell backwards off the box. needless to say the others moved and no one sat in the way again.

I've only had one water bleed and i wouldn't do it again. as mentioned alove piston swells up, resulting in new piston and royal blood. not to mention stopping you ride while you wait for replacement. ps I've been using maguras since about 98 on and off and have had around half a dozen pairs and only ever had problems with water. im sure there's a way to do it but why oil works just fine and unless you break hoses left right and center its hardly going to break the bank.

like where you've ghosted in alternate bb heights to explain to him. I've done a few of some ideas in the past. it's quite tricky to get past a sketch for some people so spot on. unless your a draughtsman of some kind in which case keep going. how long did it take you?

ok fair dos. also what about a pair of wolf style loose fit track pants/ jeans with some kind of flexible armour ? some form of integrated aramid weave encompassing a thin rigid ish layer (if you know what i mean) with a layer of non rigid either side or more layer etc to protect shins.
