  1. If its on the 24" the vee will be a wise choice, great hold, good modulation (dependant on set up, not as bitey as a magura, but then that's not necessarily a bad thing on a 24" i use a rear vee and i love it. SD7 arms, decent linear slic cable, avid levers and you're sorted. Personally i run Plazmatic CRV pads, but pads are dependant on you set up and braking preference.
  2. You're lucky, the grind on my Viz! rim disappears after a ride or so.... now on a Ronnie they would be amazing, if only Onza made a 47mm wide rim out of the same stuff they made a Ronnie with.....

Lets be honest Lewis didn't need to push so hard and probably could have avoided blowing up his tyre. Shame Jenson got stuck behind that mobile roadblock AKA Michael Schumacher. Was a good solid performance by Mark Webber, wouldn't have felt too safe driving Sebastien Vettel's car at the end!
  4. That was really good, nice big, smooth riding. Nice to hear a bit of RJD2
  5. Make sure you set everything up nice and square. Mine on the rear are wearing fairly quickly, i think most of this is due to the angled sidewalls of the rim
  6. This is one thing i love about trials, random people treat you like a good mate Cheers boss
  7. My Viz! square hole rim flexes a bit, ut it does sound like you need more spoke tension. I can't see why the onza one would flex more, if anything there is a tiny bit more meat to it so should flex less. Andrei Burton seems to be liking his at the moment.
  8. Aye i might be about for that, i'll see who else is about.

Why the forks were just as bad if not worse!
  10. Looks pretty nice Like the colour scheme.
  11. Ok, maybe a daft question but the tour is the 13th-23rd, does that require us to be in the starting venue e.g. Southend on the morning of the 13th or is everyone venturing there that day and we'll meet up as and when we get there?
  12. looks a million times better with the black tyres grind the bash mounts off and you're sorted, very nice.
  13. I've heard that north of the M4 they talk funny, eat babies and leave your bike resting on bricks if you stand still for too long....
  14. Suggest away, you're bound to know some different spots to most
  15. In for the win. East -> West, potential stop off in Taunton between Bristol and Plymouth to ride the new Hamilton skate park... chode bowl Lairy colours and some tour graphics needed? Should be awesome, booking from the 13th til the 2nd off to encompass the all star event that is the PrawnBigmanSanger weekender (if its happening?).
  16. Does look really nice, maybe a slightly missed opportunity making it the same length? Love my pre 05 blades
  17. Mine are awesome on the rear and were even better on the front, although wore pretty swiftly due to the brake mounts twisting inwards as the brake was applied , although they are pretty soft. I'll most likely get another pair
  18. Don't think i'm going to be able to make this one gutted.
  19. Well that will teach me for starting to reply getting distracted and not actually hitting the post button for an hour
